Excellent coffee machine for domestic use
I’m using the machine daily since bought and I can say it makes really great coffee. Easy to clean and maintain as well. As overall worldwide reviews for this coffee machine are excellent, I confirm the same.

Super product - enjoying the freshly brewed coffee
This is a great product and would highly recommend it to coffee lovers. Well worth the price! It gives results as good as any coffee chain like Starbucks or Third Wave. It is also fun to froth the milk with the steamer just like in the coffee shops. I have been experimenting with different coffee beans to find my favourite blend.

No demo or installation. But great machine.
There was no demo or installation as claimed on the ad. I did not receive any call or message from DeLonghi or Amazon. So that product claim is completely false. The machine itself is great. Pretty easy to use and gives perfect coffee. The instruction manual is quite detailed. And you can find videos on YouTube that help. It’s been a year for me and I’m quite satisfied with it. One thing that’d make it better is if there was an opening at the top to refill the water. You’ve to take the whole contraption apart to fill water. Other machines allow you to pour from a bottle, which is much easier.

Delonghi magnifica S coffee machine not working
The Delonghi magnifica S coffee machine is frequently undergoing to breakdown due beans grinder issue. Till now four times machine underwent into breakdown condition. Therefore requesting to replace for smooth use at our home. After breakdown also we are finding difficulty in getting service by your technician. Please do justice by replacing with right appliance. Thanks and regards.

Simple, elegant and a must have for me.
Machine is slightly on the expensive side at Rs 78000 . However it is very easy to use, I simply love it. A very nice elegant looking machine and I've even used it in a professional workplace where it was grinding and brewing close to 25 cups a day and its been running for almost 2 years and still going strong.

Really awful customer support
The machine stoped working after 1.5 months of purchase, the customer support guy who came was absolutely clueless, there is no relief in sight for such a costly product. De longhi needs to make the support reliable if it intends to sell such high priced products. Really disappointed
