I don't understand the negative reviews so this is the only one you will need to read lol. These are honestly down right addicting. I have a chocolate tooth, bad. These are an amazing substitute for chocolate bars and high calorie sweets. Normally I am a Questbar person but let's be honest Questbars are tough and dry, almost like taffy and you either like it or you don't. Built bars on the other hand are a different texture for sure, almost better in my opinion. They are not tough but not too soft either, the texture is of a Snickers bar with no peanuts. Yes, there is a gooey texture as well that does slightly get stuck to your teeth but it's not as catastrophizing as some people are saying, it comes off easily lol. The macros are on point, there is no weird chalky taste, the bar is more moist then it is dry and the only complaint I have is that one almost doesn't seem to be enough, every flavor tastes so good you just want to try another one right after. The Puff bars are exactly like eating those chocolate covered marshmallow eggs from Easter :3 Get the variety box for sure, you won't be disappointed! Update: I’m not a fan of the mint brownie.. it sort of tastes like peppermint schnapps cocoa and that’s my fault not theirs… hehe :)

These Puffs are so delicious it reminded me of the Seinfeld episode where Kramer notices Elaine/Jerry are gaining weight so they go to get the new “low calorie/fat frozen yogurt/ice cream” they’ve all been eating and loving tested at a lab to see what the nutritional content “actually” is lol! If you don’t know the episode, they find out the reason it’s so amazing is because it’s not in reality lite or low calorie or fat! It’s in actuality very calorically dense which is why everyone was gaining weight on the show! Lol That episode came to mind the first time I ate these Puff bars! Are these for real!? They’re so delicious and perfect like a dreamy chocolate covered pumpkin or Easter bunny of my youth, without all the horrible calories or junk! I cannot tell you how yummy these are! Also, because of the quality ingredients they actually fill you up, I could not easily eat more than one like a regular marshmallow treat. They have a slightly denser texture, which I just love! The caramel one tastes like a slightly dense chocolate covered caramel bar. These were shipped during a heat wave (over 100 degrees heat index) and nothing was melted or damaged in any way. I have loved every flavor so far. Even the coconut one even though I’m not quite as into coconut. The cookie dough chunk one was really outstanding with little chunks of cookie dough adding interesting texture. I find they are well worth the money to get my protein and extra energy. Highly recommended Portability is fantastic too. Edit:Just ordered my second box! I’m hoping they add even more interesting flavors. Just had the banana Puff and omg was that decadent! I had that and some protein ice cream after. Felt like I was seriously cheating on diet big time, but wasn’t.

Great product

I didn’t realize the difference between the puffs and bars being that the bars contain Erythritol. This substance seriously irritates my gut and causes me great pain. It also just tastes very “fake” and gross to me. The puff has no erythritol and only an extra 3g of sugar than the bars, for a total of 7g. That’s great for a bar with 17g of protein. I’m sad as I now have 6 bars I probably won’t eat and wasted my money on. No one else in my house likes the tastes of the bars. They do however want my puffs, which I will not allow. I will however continue to purchase the puffs. They also contain not only whey, gelatin, and whey isolate but also hydrolyzed collagen , making them a much better rounded purchase for me nutritionally and gut-health wise. I can’t emphasize enough how much distress erythritol gives me. Like rolling in bed in utter pain clutching my gut praying for peace. Unless you’re like Keto or swearing off all sugars/diabetic I would stay away from the bars. It’s not worth 3g less of sugar.

I ordered from Amazon because they were going to be faster than Walmart, which is where I normally purchase my Built Bars. I have never had a problem with the quality of Built Bars until now. I got my bars in 6 days which was 2 days faster than Walmart. I didn’t get them on sale, just got them a bit faster…. I love Built Protein bars. They don’t taste like a normal protein bar. There is no weird after taste. Built bars are just great. I prefer the chewy ones over the Puff, my husband prefers the Puff over the chewy.. I opened up my double chocolate chewy bar and took a bite. This was not a normal bite. I had to break off a piece like I was tearing into jerky! It was rock hard. I got about three chews in which equaled about 5 min of chew time and had to spit my bite out. Not only was it hard, it had no flavor. This has never happened before. And I’ve had hundreds of these bars. On investigation I learned that my box expires in June of 2024. I had an old box ready to go into recycling and saw that that box was good until March of 2025. So I can only assume my bars were just old. Built needs to reassess their expiration dates. This package was bad. Another thing I noticed was that the bars packaging was different, it even looks bit faded. I took a picture to show the difference. When I tried to get a refund for the bars, it’s a non refundable product. So I sent a message to seller and am hoping they do the right thing. I guess I’ll stick to ordering from Walmart.

I've been wanting to try built for awhile now but wasn't sure which flavors to get so got this instead. This is a perfect pack to buy if you're unsure what flavors you might like. It has some of their too basic flavors in it none of their specialty limited time flavors. I really like cookie dough and coconut those are my top two favorites. I did not love the cookies and cream or banana cream. Also everyone recommends the puff over the bars and I would have to agree the bars are too thick and chewy I couldn't finish it but the puffs are almost like a marshmallow texture really good but if you don't love textures like that then these wouldn't be for you. I love how much protein are in these perfect for a snack or dessert in the evening satisfies that sweet tooth plus giving you the protein your body needs. I will absolutely be purchasing more soon!

Just got these in the mail today and everything bar in the box was squashed flat.... I've yet to try any of them but I assume half the point of the puff bar is that they're fluffy but these definately won't be when they're flattened like a pancake I gave one star due to the terrible quality upon delivery. I will update my review after I've tried a few of them but so far off to a terrible start UPDATE: I'm at a loss here, why are there so many positive reviews of these protein bars? is everyone on here paid by BUILT to leave a positive review?? These bars are very bland. None of the ones I've tried so far taste anything like what they are expected to. The puff bars are just bland chocolate covered marshmallows while the regular bars are overly chewy and underwhelming in flavor. I will say these are not the worst bars I've had by any means, QUEST bars take that cake. If you want protein bars that actually taste good and have similar nutritional facts go with BAREBELLS. They're a bit more expensive but at least they remembered to put the flavoring in their protein bars UPDATE I changed my review to 3 stars. I fault amazon delivery for the terrible delivery. BUILT customer service contacted me in an attempt to make things right. So two thumbs up to their customer service. After trying all the flavors, I rather enjoy the coconut and mint, however the texture is still too chewy. I am not a fan of the puff bars at all.

Most delicious protein bars I've every had. The puff bars and the best. 140 cals and amazing protein and well as collagen. I have been eating these for about a year and still buy them. They are a great on the go snack as well. My kids love them.
