The product works as intended.

Not a tight fit- lost it in rough water
Bought two of them, one for each side. I mounted a scoty triple tree rod holder to it. Worked fine for two weeks, maybe 6 times on the water. Today the wind picked up, I pulled all the lines. All rods out of the holders and headed back across the lake. 3 foot waves here and there on the way back. Turned around halfway back to find the one holder with the scoty triple tree gone. The other one was fine. There were super tight well secured. I was shocked it came loose. It did, now I need to replace all of the rigging. Not happy.

It is impossible to turn the pieces to lock it into place so it won't stay on the gunnel. It has destroyed the gunnel on my Crestliner. Terrible product.
