This keyboard fit my Asus X53XD perfectly! The keys have a slightly bluish tint to them, and almost appear to be backlit, but they are not. It took all of 2 minutes to install, and works perfectly! The price is right, also! I highly recommend this sellers (SUNMALL) keyboard!

Perfect size and shape and fits exactly as described. No more broken or missing keys. Yeah it doesn’t light up like the original keys it had but that doesn’t take away from the fact that it works perfectly fine.

Good fit, 5 minute installation. I've noticed one key seems to need a bit more pressure to register.

My keyboard wasn't working on a few letters so I got a USB keyboard and used for about a year, very much a pain so I decided to look and see if I could just replace the keyboard myself so did some research on my Asus laptop and found the compatible replacement keyboard here and I replaced it myself in 3 minutes and all keys work perfectly. Wish I would have done this a year ago!

I received this product promptly from the seller, boxed and protected well and in pristine condition. The keyboard was for an Asus K53E and it fit perfect. Installation was easy, though, as with all laptops, a certain amount of disassembly is required for the swap. Initially I found the keyboard keys to be slightly more spongy than the original board. But it was just a matter of becoming accustomed to the new feel of the keyboard and after a very short time, presented no problem at all. I have not found any problem with the keys not registering when depressed, as has been noted by a few others in their reviews. I put a lot of hours on my laptop, daily. I've now been using this keyboard for 21 months and have experienced no problems what-so-ever.

Works perfectly and was easy to install. I like the feel of the keys... a nice amount of resistance and clicking. My old keyboard had gotten so worn out, and a bunch of letters had faded off. This replacement keyboard makes my laptop feel new again.
