The Perfect backpack. I spent months researching and comparing bags like Timbuk2, Nomatic, Solgaard, Peak Design and settled on this backpack and could not be happier, after almost a year of weekly use I love it more. The organization is perfect, the size is perfect. It can take a beating. It's quality material. I can carry two computers/ipad, cords case, two phones, wallet keys, book, light pullover. The water bottle pocket is a little small, but it fits the tall 32oz Smart Water perfect. It also fits a Lars Nysom Steel 32oz bottle perfect too, which I bought just for this bag. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I was careful to not overload it, yet the stitching came undone. This came as a surprise, as I had expected better durability from a product in this price range. I have generally held this store's products in high regard, which is why I chose to make a purchase here. However, this recent experience has made me question the overall quality and workmanship of their items. I hope that my feedback can lead to improvements in their product quality and customer satisfaction. I have reached out to their customer service with my concerns and provided details of the defects. I hope they can address this matter promptly and provide a suitable resolution. As of now, I'm left disappointed and concerned about the value I received for my money. In the future, I'll definitely be more cautious when considering products from this store, as this experience has tarnished my confidence in their offerings. Updates: disappointment with the proposed solution of a refund upon returning the item, as I was hoping for a more convenient resolution that wouldn't disrupt my routine further. Additionally, I conveyed my preference for a repair or replacement option, highlighting my need for a functional backpack and the inconvenience of returning it. I also mentioned my belief that the current refund process seemed unfair, given the circumstances. Overall, my comment reflected my desire for a solution that addresses my concerns and needs effectively.

I’m currently a uni student and I find this backpack is perfect. I carry around both a laptop and iPad on a daily basis and this backpack makes it easy and comfortable. The back is really well built and provides good support. I’ve only had it for about a month, will update if anything changes. UPDATE: I have been really been using this backpack for about a year (carrying two laptops+ipad +chargers) and occasional grocery trips and it’s been holding up really well!
