Good, dependable and cheap film-style screen protector.
What can I say, this is just a nice screen protector. For about $8 you get two of them, so in case you mess one up during install, or need to refresh an old worn out one (assuming it gets worn out somehow), then you have an extra right in the box, which is great. I am not particularly great at installing these, but this one was simple enough. Clean your screen thoroughly, spray your fingertips with the solution, peel the screen protector and spray the back of it with the solution, then place it on the screen and readjust and push out air bubbles as needed. Super simple. Readjusting is thankfully simple too - since this is for a screen that has curved edges, it's important that this process is doable and easy, so that's a huge plus here. For example, when I got mine placed down, I noticed that I hadn't gotten it quite lined up on the right side - since this is flexible, though, I was able to gently pull and stretch the protector over to the right so that it was lined up, without any hassle. I myself like to put tempered glass on my screens in most situations...but with curved screens I have learned that is a NIGHTMARE unless you are trying very hard to get it right, and even then you can fail and be out of money. So, although I wish this was tempered glass for my preferences, I would say that the ease of install is a fair tradeoff. As for how it functions...I'm usually pretty careful with my phone, but the protector has worked great so far. No damage to my screen, and no scratches on the protector - in fact, I accidentally scratched the protector once, but within minutes it was back to smooth - so the self-healing element of this is legitimate for lighter scratches and scuffs. As for feel...you'll definitely notice that it's on. It doesn't feel like the glass screen. I would even say that it doesn't feel as good as the bare screen itself, but it's not bad at all - just a little plasticky. Most importantly though, it hasn't impaired my ability to use the phone at all - it's not sticky or coarse or anything like that. It's pretty much smooth and performs smoothly as well, it just isn't as perfect as the pure glass underneath. But with a phone like this, that's a fair tradeoff for some extra protection in the long run. For look - I don't notice it when using the phone, unless I slow down and look really close at it. I don't think that it impairs the look of the screen at all personally. My friends noticed that my screen looked a little shinier than usual when I pulled my phone out for the first time with it on, but I haven't noticed any extra glare while using the phone out in bright sunlight myself (and I am in bright sunlight a lot, since I play Pokemon Go a fair bit). Finally...I have a case on this phone, one with a cover for the screen, and all of it works together seamlessly. So no worries on that front either. For as cheap as this thing is, as simple as it is and for as good as it is, I would say don't even think about it, just go for it. This is more than likely the right solution for you.

Can't go wrong w ArmorSuit film confirmed by 5yr of hard test!!!!
I put curved glass covers on our phones the day we got them since we were leaving town as soon as we switched to a new provider. The curved glass never fully laid down or attached which left lots of large air bubbles - My nemesis. By the time we got home almost a month later all 5 glass covers had one crack. Several had multiple cracks and chips. I had ArmorSuit on my last 2 phones, who I used 7yrs and 6yrs respectively. I never got a cracked or chipped screen. The cover material didn't even scratch. I was able to keep it spotless above and under the skin. And my phone buttons responded as though nothing was there. The 3 other family members who used ArmorSuit agreed. My biggest fear was if I could still put it on as easy as I used to. And, I could. I followed directions and not one bubble, not one crease. Everything, including the flat, curve and edge was laying perfectly and sealed. Now the final test - user approval. 1. Hubby who got his 1st smart phone loves this cover. He swears the keys respond to his touch now. With the glass he had a lot of trouble with that. And he cracked his glass screen day 2 trying to get a big bubble out. 2-3 Have all had smart phones before that we could operate with no problem. We both used film and are so glad we went back to it. Keys are more receptive and no cover issues like crack or chips to deal with. 3 and 5. These two used and were sold on glass covers. I'm not sure why since about every 6 months they switched covers because they were cracked and/or chipped. Since the new covers also cracked and/or chipped nothing was solved. They thought they were stronger. Out of 2 glass and 3 film covers, one phone screen had to be replaced...on a phone with a glass cover. I already knew I'd love the more responsive keyboard, two had to be shown. weren't sure it would be better. They were thrilled with how responsive their phones are now. To be fair I can't compare the durability of the film for at least 1 year. I'm sure it will still be protecting our screens and looking clear and clean, with no scratches, chips, or breaks in 5 years. And since installalation is a breeze, you can't go wrong with Armor Suit screen protectors.

Good against scratches; falls short in feel and attraction to fingerprints
I have used other plastic screen protectors and I would go as far to argue that the screen protector pre installed on OnePlus phones is of a better quality than this armor suit. Although they don't tout self heals, they are durable and feel like glass when they are indeed plastic. With Armor suit, you don't get that same feel. It isn't terrible and I have tried worse with another brand that I don't think exist anymore. The screen is responsive and the feel is smooth but... it feels unusual which is the best way to describe it. Using the stylus also feels weird but over time you get used to it. Sometimes it feels like writing on paper but not quite. But it definitely does not beat matte of writing on the glass itself. The screen protector also loves fingerprints. You can easily wipe it off but it is soemthing you would do more frequently especially if your fingers are oily. It isn't terrible but something to consider. Application was painless. And using my Ringke Onyx case it fits well. Overall, it is a solid screen protector with a history of reliability for what it is. I wish they would further innovate on the feel of the screen as well as fingerprint resistance. If you're looking for real basic screen protection, you really can't go wrong with this. However, don't expect this protector to save from impacts if you're clumsy or prone to dropping your phone a lot.

ArmorSuit is awesome!
I have been using the Armoursuit since my I had my Samsung Galaxy S8. It is the best screen protector I have ever used. The installation can sometimes be challenging, but since it is a wet installation you have time to fix your errors. I also love how durable they are. I usually only have to buy the two pack and they last a very long time. I wish they would provide more solutions, because I have a challenging time with installation and end up using probably more than I should, and I end up running out for my next installation. You can buy the solution alone directly on their site. I love the lifetime warranty as well. It allows you to get a replacement for just the shipping cost. Such an awesome product!

Very difficult to install, doesn't properly stay down, air bubbles, works "okay" with OtterBox case.
I bought this in conjunction with the OtterBox Defender Series Case for Samsung Galaxy S9, and while the OtterBox case is very nice, the ArmorSuit MilitaryShield Screen Protector was difficult to install for a few reasons: it requires you to spray a wet liquid glue over your phone, use a squeegee to press it flat against the screen and iron out the air bubbles. It's a little tricky and a bit messy. Because the phone has beveled edges it was very difficult to make it wrap tightly against the phone edges. It also doesn't have a cutout for the earpiece speaker so for the first day I was wondering why I couldn't hear anyone on the other end of the phone, so I brought it to my local Verizon store and they suggested I used an x-acto knife to cut the film around the speaker. I did that but I'm concerned I might have scratched the phone a bit in the process despite being extremely careful. The film comes up from time to time along the side edge which is frustrating, and there are persistent air bubbles on some portions of the screen. A few specs of dust or dirt managed to get underneath the film during the installation process, even though I cleaned it thoroughly and followed the instructions precisely, so I guess those little bits are stuck there for good. Looking back, I wish I had never installed it. Even after I cut out the hole for the earpiece speaker the volume seems a little quiet even though it's on the highest level and it's a little hard to listen to people on the other end of the phone, especially when I'm outside -- making me worried the issue is that wet glue I sprayed over the phone and maybe some of it got into the speaker. (Watch the video on the amazon page for this product and you'll see what I'm talking about). Once the film starts to come up it's very difficult to tuck it back down and make it stick. The OtterBox case does seem to hold it in okay, but I'm terrified of taking the phone out of the case completely in the event more of the film protector starts to come loose. It has a very smooth surface which is nice. It will fend off debris very well and keep the screen scratch-free which I like. In that sense it's a very good product, but the installation is clumsy and I'm not at all satisfied with how it stays down, or the air bubbles that are now permanently fixed. I would not recommend this product and I would not buy it again. UPDATE: It keeps lifting up around the edges of my phone. If I move my phone in and out of my pants pocket it comes up completely. It's a real pain in the neck to deal with. Texting is also quite difficult as it doesn't auto-fill my words correctly while I'm swiping across the keys. I do not recommend using this on your phone. Too much headache.

A solid, traditional wet-install screen protector
I have been putting wet-install screen protectors on my devices for many years, ever since I saw the folks at ZAGG take the material normally used on the leading edge of helicopter blades and put it on a device to protect it. Needless to say, I've gotten pretty good at installing wet-install screen protectors. ZAGG kinda went sideways for a while with their screen protectors, and their wet-install process did, too, but this isn't a review about ZAGG. ArmorSuit has kept the original, traditional wet install process and it works. It produces a smooth, clean install that is virtually invisible. In the case of this one, for the S22 Ultra, the screen protector is literally perfectly cut. It is a "case-friendly" screen protector, and that means that if you put a case on your device after you put your screen protector on, the case won't peel up the corners or the sides of your screen protector. I use two different cases on my device, one clear case from Spigen, and one matte black case from dbrand. The matte black case comes down a little lower on the sides of the device, so when I'm wearing that case, I can actually feel the edge of the screen protector when I swipe in from the edge. But I'd rather have that than have the screen protector be too big and the case cause it to peel. When I'm wearing my Spigen case, it comes up a little higher on the sides than the dbrand case, and I can't fee the edge of the screen protector at all. Literally a perfect fit. There are no issues with either the touch digitizer or the fingerprint reader. There is no need to increase the sensitivity of either; they both work flawlessly. And as long as you are careful not to gouge the screen with the S Pen, there are no problems using the S Pen either. And as an added bonus, the screen protector provides a small amount of "resistance" when using the S Pen, and so writing on the screen actually feels more natural and more like paper than without a screen protector in place. Actually I think Samsung could address this with some extra tips for "with" or "without" screen protectors, but now I'm into wishful thinking territory. I bet there's a small market out there for replacement nibs for the S Pen to make it feel a little more natural when writing on glass... Anyway, I'm not worried about damaging the screen protector, because ArmorSuit includes *two* screen protectors in their package. So if you do happen to harm your screen protector with some overzealous S Pen writing, you have a second as a replacement. Score! If you are a fan of wet-install screen protectors as I am, this is your product.

pack of 2, 1 with imperfections the other one is perfect
So, I purchased this a while back and it held up well for the price and decided to use it on my new phone. Easy to install if you watch the video but there is no way to hold it in place while your squeezing the liquid off and when your squeeze the liquid on the lower part it would go in the charging port so you need a small cloth there to absorb the liquid and block it from going the in charging port. These are not why I put 3 stars on them though. I bought 3 sets of these for different phones. The 1st set I used for my phone and noticed an imperfection. At first I thought it was some dust that got caught while I was installing so I pealed it and tried to get that dust off but it wasn’t dust it was actually an imperfection which looked like a small tear on the protector. Well I guess it was just isolated and I got one bad one. Then for the next two sets I also encountered the same thing. 1 with no imperfection and the other one was perfect. It might not bug other people but I’m kinda OC about it since you can notice it even when the screen is on. Hope they’re not trying to match bad sets with good ones just to get rid of them. You might be lucky and put on the good one first and since it will last you might not get a chance to put on that bad one but you got 1 bad one and a perfect one like my review and we might see if its reoccurring. Still it’s a good screen protector overall.

Best value there is
Been using this brand for years for many different devices. Tried it out initially because it is made in the USA at a reasonable price and stayed because of the top notch quality. A few years back I must have received a bad batch for a particular device and was stunned it wasn't up to the expected quality, but all seems to be well again and am once again amazed at the value. For those put off by the bad reviews: For the reviews that state that these are too hard to install, I can only imagine that they are not following the instructions closely, because it takes only minutes and goes on cleanly. I would also recommend working out the bubbles during application instead of waiting for them to disappear (waiting only works to a degree). Dont be too concerened about moving it around during installation (while wet) if it is not placed well initially or if it shifted around. I was even able to shift it away from the front camera after it was dried by putting some light pressure on my fingertips when I realized I didn't center it well enough. For any reviews stating that wetting the screen is a bad idea, they must not be aware that these devices are water resistant rated (IP68) to be completely submerged in water for a period of time, so a screen application is not going to test these limits. For case concerns, this is being used in conjunction with a Otterbox defender with no issues. Taking case on and off rarely causes any issues, but long term use may eventually see some dust get trapped under a corner if done repeatedly for an extended period. These are fantastic products (with the one exception of a bad batch with a previous device) Try to remember what the price point is for these when scrutinizing it. I bought an invisible shield for a previous device when I ran into quality issues with the brand and it cost me significantly more money, only came with 1 protector, and the quality wasn't notably better.
