Its comparable to the prescription version I now get for free but id definitely recommend it if you dont have access to a pharmaceutical version

Roll-ball much easier to apply than gel.
Gel was difficult to apply! Jel often jumps from palm to carpet--leaving green spon on carpet. We love Biofreeze roll-ball application! Cold felling after applying feels healing!

Very jellish - not ideal for rubbing
It doesn't meet my expectations. Comparing with other brand pain relief merch, it doesn't make "freeze" feeling at all. Also, dry out quickly on the skin, not ideal for rubbing or massaging.
