I love this ladder! This ladder is highly adjustable and pretty easy to use. I have used it in A-Frame mode to reach the rain gutters on my house and also to access the attic from my closet. I have used it in extended mode to get up on the roof of my house, which is about 18 feet at the lowest point. Definitely worth the money. PROs It's adjustable. It can be used in A-Frame mode or straight. It can be extended to adjust the height in either mode. The locking mechanisms feel very solid. I have no concerns about the ladder slipping while I'm standing on it. CONs It's heavy. It's difficult for one person to carry. if your garage is a mess (like mine) and you have to maneuver around obstacles to get it in and out of it's storage location it's best to have two people. Likewise with getting it into position when it's extended to it's full height.

I'm a big man with a lot of strength. Moving a ladder around has NEVER been an issue for me in the slightest. Even a 25 foot extension ladder. This 'little giant' however is another deal altogether. This thing is like maneuvering a water heater. And extending it for long reach work?? Holy crap, I can (barely) do it. So is that a complaint or a compliment? Well I guess both. On the one hand it's a full body, sweat pouring, profanity laced ordeal to move it around and get it setup yet on the other hand, once in place, you feel like you're standing a porch. "It ain't going anywhere" in other words. If I had to do it all again I'd have purchased a smaller little giant for step ladder type work and then gone and found the lightest extension ladder I could find for the high, hard to reach stuff I need to do around the house. This ladder being a combo of sorts makes me literally sigh when I think of using it yet once I do finally get it setup, I know I'm as safe as one can be on a ladder. Hope this helps.

the wheels. The wheels are plastic and are riveted to the ladder with plastic brackets, I can't see how these are going to last a year. And let me say that wheels are really really nice addition, I'll miss them when they break. Other than that, the ladder is as advertised. I got the 26' model with ratcheting levelers and a work platform. It's not a lightweight but now i can safely reach pretty much everything I need to. I have used the stepladder form with both sides even and one side lengthened to straddle stair steps. I've also used the extension ladder form. Protip: if the full height is not needed, the top section can be removed easily to help with the load. Also highly recommend the work platform as you can safely extend your reach for one ladder setup. Check youtube for this product before buying to see if it's right for you.
