Simple Flavor Boost Without Overpowering the Food
Very nice addition to my cooking. I’ve been using this MSG seasoning for a while now and it has become a solid addition to my kitchen. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do. It boosts flavor without changing the character of the food. A small amount brings out savory depth in meats, vegetables, soups, and stir-fries in a way salt alone just can’t. I like that it’s plant based and gluten free, and the large bottle lasts a long time since you only need a light sprinkle. Used reasonably, it hasn’t caused me any issues at all. Like any seasoning, moderation matters, but there’s nothing inherently problematic about MSG when it’s not overused. Great flavor
Just what I was looking for. The bottle was bigger than expected and I am a-ok with that. Still experimenting with it but so far I’m impressed with the flavor! Excited to taste the difference in the flavor of meals. Definitely worth it and would purchase again! Taste it before adding as it’s slightly salty. Sealed and came in perfect condition.
