This work well in kitchen

Disappointing product quality
Mid size jar completely not working, underneath motor coupler of the jar brocken. Two Jar covers broken and plastic bits mixed with food. All this with only 3 months of casual usage!

This is the worst piece, within 8 months the rotater of the Jars broke and the mixer motor has problem, very disappointing

Not good
Not good, the mixer grinder can’t grind coconut or other hard food items. Not recommended.

Very bad
One of the jar stopped working within 2 months When i try to download invoice there is an error message is coming. I tried to get support with amazon and they said to contact the dealer but there is no contact number available. Better buy from a nearby shop. I don’t know where I need to send to repair it

Not a good quality, takes lots of time for grinding and overheating

Warranty claim not concluded
The product is much inferior in quality compared to regular Preethi products. I have been repeatedly complaining about the issue with the Mixie as well as the jars and have received no satisfactory response even if the unit is under warranty. The seller just informed me to click on the return option which is not available in the Amazon as return window is closed.
