Öncelikle firmaya hızlı kargosu için teşekkür ederim. Aldığım ürünler hakkında genellikle yorum yapmam fakat bu firma özelinde olumsuz yorumlardan dolayı yazmak istedim. Firmanın siparişleri sormadan iptal ettiği, paketleme konusunda sıkıntılar olduğu vb. olumsuz yorumlardan etkilenerek sipariş verildikten sonra firmayı aradım. Hemen siparişi bularak yardımcı oldular ve kargo bilgilerini ivedi şekilde benimle paylaştılar. Kargo 2 gün içinde elime ulaştı. Paketleme güzel yapılmıştı ve orjinal ürün gönderdiler. İçersindeki tonerde bile herhangi bir sıkıntı yoktu. Tüketicilere firmalar hakkında yorum yaparken daha vicdanlı olması gerektiğini ve ayrıca Amazon güvencesini hatırlatmak isterim.
