I ordered my EAA flavourless, and it's very very bitter. It's ruins all my shakes, I wondering how such a taste is not rectified by the company yet.

I bought this after needing a more affordable option over another product I was using. This one actually has higher doses of EAA’s and includes the major AA’s that I couldn’t find in other fitness supplements and BCAA/ EAA supplements. I got the unflavored to throw into my protein shakes and it truly is unflavored. I will say however I tried it just with juice and it had a slightly funky aftertaste and smell. Nothing bad just not ideal, so I personally recommend a smoothie or protein shake. It mixes well, and doesn’t leave clumps (both blended and with a shaker bottle). I definitely notice a difference after my training sessions when I don’t take it, more soreness and longer recovery than when I take it. I take this almost everyday so I appreciate the affordable price. However it would be nice to have a bigger option

Since I like to workout in the morning without eating, I mix these EAAs or BCAAs without a pre workout. For me it really makes a difference in my endurance. I drink half before and then sip during my workout. Other than that not really necessary, since most diets provide adequate protein amino acids.

Spare yourself and please don’t get the unflavored version I know everyone is different, but I wanted to leave this review simply so you don’t end up like me. Making whatever you mix this unflavored version into, taste like the worst thing that’s ever been consumed. I dread each protein shake I add this into. I was so blissful when I first bought this thinking “how convenient, I can just add it to whatever” WRONG. It makes everything taste so bitter and off :’) Just buy their flavored version, please. Please don’t be like me. Be better. Other than that, this is a great product. I’m just stuck now having to suffer through this bottle until I’m out.

The reviews about the Unflavored one are true … it tastes pretty bad 😂 I can’t explain the taste or compare it to anything… it’s just nasty lol sorry! I have to plug my nose and drink it as fast as possible. But, I chose this option bc I didn’t want any extra ingredients like the flavored ones have. I want only the EAAs. It mixes pretty easily and I do notice a difference in my energy levels on days when I don’t use this product. I do use other supplements from this brand and so far, everything has been high quality. I am impressed!
