Gut Feelings Are Good! (lol)
Okay, so these LactoBif probiotics... I've been takin' 'em for a bit now, and honestly, my tummy's been feelin' pretty good. I like that there's a whole bunch of different strains in there, sounds fancy and hopefully it's doin' somethin' good, ya know? Plus, the fact that they're sealed up all individually seems like it'd keep 'em fresh. No weird aftertaste or nothin'. Happy gut, happy me! 👍

nausea and severe lethargy
because i have taken so many different probiotics (mostly refrigerated) without any issues, it took a long time to realize that these were making me feel terrible. i just didn't suspect them, until i didn't take them for a few days and immediately improved.
