Did my research and had this item on my list of products needed for our move overseas (from US to Europe). Had questions and contacted the firm via phone and the rep was absolutely great to work with. Answered all my questions and was pleasant, imagine that! This is actually a rare thing in todays world, what a shame. The product itself arrived nicely packaged in the US. We then loaded our pallets and months later it arrived in Europe and fortunately, in perfect working order. We use it to convert power for our audio components as well as tech devices, various machines, etc. The version we purchased is rated at around 16 amps and works perfectly. My only complaint is a minor one, that the fan noise is noticeable. We will definitely be ordering a second unit as it has proven to be quite useful at our EU facility. THANKS for a quality product and service!

Good Product. Great Service.
The brand-new EX-16 was DOA when we arrived in France. The shipping companies aren't always gentle on boxes... Sent an Amazon message to the company, had a response, phone call, and resolution within a matter of hours. They expedited me a new unit that works fantastic and I am pleased with the overall experience.
