About Portronics Ruffpad 12E: Product is good and I think it is worth for the price (236) I bought. First I received a seal opened and non-working item. Thanks to Amazon for the Replacement. The Replaced one is good. I recommend to customers better take a video while opening the package for the proof of any issue noticed. Pros: 1. Writing Smoothness is good. 2. Easy erasing is good. I hope these Pros will last for long time. Cons: 1. The company added a tac-tic. Actually the drawn things can't be synced to the phone app. The app purpose is : through the app we can take picture of what we drawn and can name that taken picture. Pictures taken through app will be stored separately where each picture will be having a name which user needs to give in the app while capturing each and every picture. This is annoying. Capturing pictures through their app would need Device storage permission that can be a security concern as well. Ofcourse, using of this app is optional which is up to the user. 2. While writing or drawing, when we did mistake we can't undo/erase a particular drawn one. Instead we need to erase full screen and need to re-draw from scratch. This could be irritating. Of course I know that feature might not be possible especially at this price range. In Overall, I recommend this product but not the app provided.

It's good for rough work, but it's thin and delicate. So, it's the only thing that needs to be improved. Overall, the writing experience is good.

Within a month delete button is not working. Chip quality product. No direct warranty support from amazon.

Terrific product for the price. I paid a mere ₹299 for it, so there's not much I should complain about. As others have mentioned, the erase button erases the entire board, which could be an issue if the price was much higher, but it's not. Another issue is that the stylus is quite difficult to remove from its notch, so I keep it in a clip above the unit, but so what , price! I glued four little magnets on the back, and stuck it on my refrigerator. I use it for to-do lists and reminders to buy grocery items. It looks quite classy on the fridge, almost like a feature. I keep the power switch turned off until I need to erase the board. I would have liked the switch on the front, even if it means losing a bit of real estate. Something for the manufacturer to think about.

Over priced, still good product for kids to learn there way to hold pen and write things. And its not your little one's destroying the thing, product should have been a bit more robust. Battery life is good though and easy to handle with light weight design for your kiddo.
