My chiropractor recommended this. I try to wear once a day while at the computer. I should probably be wearing it right now. Easy to slip on. Good value for money. Doesn't hurt while wearing. I am 5ft 112lbs and got a small.

I've only just received this today, so I will have to update my review later. I have terrible upper back pain because of an injury that happened years ago. I am 5'5'' and 130 pounds and got the small, seems to fit comfortably enough. It doesn't aggressively correct your posture, but it pulls my shoulders back, and if you slouch too much it becomes uncomfortable, so I think it does help, but you can still slouch a little bit, so its not too aggressive or rigid. What drew me to this was the fact that it also acts as exercise equipment. I think the fact that you have it on you makes it more likely that you'll do exercises with it, vs. having to get up and find what you need. "Oh, Im a little stiff from computer work, but hey, my exercise equipment is already on me, sweet!" When I was more active, my pain was SIGNIFICANTLY less. So, I believe you need both exercise and better posture to achieve the best results. That's why I really love this concept, but we'll see how well it helps me over time.

This is a good product and does what it says it does, IF you use it as an exercise tool. When used as a posture reminder, I found that I had back pain below (mid and lower back) and made me more aware of those spots. The exercises are good for strengthening weak areas and great for arm jiggle.Hopefully, over time, the back gets stronger but one has to do the work to get there. I would like to try it while gardening. I am 110, 5'4" and a Small was the right size. All in all, I like it and am sharing the concept with friends.

Update: It broke! I am also heartbroken. I wish it was more durable. I've had this for a year now and been using it to relieve neck and shoulder pain when I sleep on it the wrong way. It really helps with the pain, but I can't stand to wear it all day as it starts to dig into my arm pits and back to the point of discomfort after 5 hours. I'd say it's a well worth it purchase since I do crink my neck every so often, and it's small enough that I just keep it in my bag at all times. I'm 5'3" 125lbs and got a small. Fits great.
