Super strong
Very sturdy, adjustments (legs center column) are smooth and secure and easily accessed with short small movements. Very lightweight however the lightness has one small drawback in that the legs are not heavy enough to fall out when released and must be manually extended somewhat. Not an issue with me. Also the screw locks on the legs while very smooth are not as quick as lever locks. Also not a problem for me. I like that the feet are screw in (also very smooth and sturdy) and not a cap. Comes with spike feet if needed for more stability. Also I like how the legs can be unlocked with one movement of a clip to flair out and get very close to the ground. It also comes with a second center column thats shorter for this purpose. As far as height, it will extend out 69" without the center stand which adds approx 12" more. The whole thing comes in a nice nylon carrying case with 2 side pockets for accessories and a nice cloth inner case for the tripod itself. Also has with a small tool set with an open end and allen head wrench to tighten up anything that may work loose. I have not used it long enough to see for sure but I dont see anything working loose anytime soon. Just seems like every screw or nut is such close tolerance that the tools wont be necessary. A bit pricey at 450 but well worth it.

Best tripod
This tripod is the best I have ever owned. It is extremely sturdy and the height is exactly what I needed. It may be a little pricey but well worth the cost. I researched and went to a local camera shop and checked it out. Unfortunately they did not have any in stock just the demo. I needed the height and am not disappointed in the quality of this tripod. If you can afford this tripod, I highly recommend purchasing. I have gone through at least three lesser quality tripods and decided to spend the money on a quality tripod instead of continuing to purchase the $100 or less tripods. It is heavy and cumbersome when fully extended but it does not tip with all of my equipment attached. I use a Canon T7i with extended battery case attachment, a cold shoe that holds an external Rode microphone, and 5.5" external monitor along with all the cord attachments. I use this to record Sunday church service for online posting. I highly recommend this tripod and have not found anything negative even the cumbersome is a positive just means that being a short person I need help with the equipment but that was true of the cheaper tripods.

Well built tripod for professionals and hobbyists
Getting ready to purchase another one of these after heavy daily use since 2019. It's been a solid tripod for the last 7 years of my career and I have nothing bad to say about it.

Very high quality tripod, super sturdy, no wiggle at all. Very good for night long exposure photography.

Tall, sturdy, solid
I’ve been using this tripod now for about 6 months. Style: Carbon Fiber. Size: 4 Series / 4 Section Extra Long. I purchased the extra long version because I’m 6 foot 5 and very much wanted to look directly through the viewfinder of my camera without bending over, which was always my experience with normal length tripods. This tripod meets that need and then some, for with the center column extended the camera is above my head! Whenever I’ve used this around other photographers they always comment, “wow that’s…tall.” Construction wise, it’s solid. Very sturdy, especially in wind, which helps minimize vibration (critical for long exposures). The twist-lock legs work well and have full-stops when each section is extended. Meaning, when extending the legs you can confidently pull each section open and they’ll hit a definite end point without popping out. Center column is thick and easy to use. A couple of things to be aware of if you’re considering this model. One, the “extra tall” version is longer than your average tripod, so if you plan on packing it for travel you may need to measure your luggage to ensure it will fit. Second, I’ve found this model to be too large for strapping onto to the outside of a backpack (too long, thick). It’s great when pulled out of a car and carried short distances, but hiking isn’t fun. I’ve hiked many miles carrying this tripod by hand / over my shoulder. I will probably end up purchasing a smaller model for this purpose. Overall, very happy with this tripod!

Great tripod
I am a landscape photographer in the Pacific Northwest. I spend a lot of time on the Oregon Coast. Winter is my favorite time to be on the coast because of the extreme weather. This tripod is very stable in high winds, the surf, sand beaches, mud, rain-soaked forest floors, and slick rocks with water running down them. The conditions here are punishing for gear and this tripod has held up well. I have had saltwater from the surf and sea spray corrode parts of other tripods, no matter how well you take care of them. I have found no corrosion on this tripod as long as you maintain it properly. The removable center column enables me to get my camera close to my subjects in tidepools. The spikes for the feet keep it stable in the surf as waves wash across it up to three feet deep. The tripod is heavy but that is what I need. I highly recommend this tripod. The price is beyond well worth it.

My favorite tripod.
I love this thing. As far as size and stability go, it's a beast. I carry it on hiking trips for astrophotography, where stability rules, especially when you've got a 70-200 2.8, a full frame camera, a star tracker, and equatorial wedge. Most of my hikes are in the mountains, where wind is frequent. The weight hook on the bottom helps with that. It's not crazy light, but for a tripod of this size and stability, I think it's as light as it can be, and worth carrying. Folds up small enough to strap on top of my backpack. I never shoot astro on anything else anymore. This has become my favorite tripod, and I highly recommend it.

Very much impressed. Solid and very stable. The leg collars are large thus giving a good grip and easily tightened. The rubber feet are stellar. They stick to a floor like glue. The spikes are going to be usufull in my case. Outdoors photographer. Windy places. I need steady. This foots the bill.

This product is not cheap but you can tell where your money goes, worth every cent, wish I had bought before wasting money on cheaper tripods that don't last or are too flimsy. You get what you pay for - brilliant engineering.

Upgraded from my travel tripod to something more sturdy. Excellent quality, legs glide with ease on setting up and closing down. Topped of with a solid Benro Gx30 bullhead, the set up has with stood strong winds and gusts, and all photos produced without blur. Slightly on the heavy side but that’s to be expected from such a large tripod. Highly recommend Bento anytime.
