My Go-To Semolina Flour for Years — Always Perfect Quality 🍞
I’ve been using this semolina flour for about three years now, and I’m always happy with its quality and consistency. It’s an excellent value for the price and has become my favorite brand. I love using it instead of regular flour when making syrniki (cheese pancakes) — they turn out soft, golden, and delicious every time. Truly the best semolina flour I’ve tried! Great Flour for Pasta
This flower is very easy to work with when making your own pasta. Very easy to use flour and worked very well in my pasta machine. The bag is the right size and great for bakers of all skill levels. Texture is also great in every recipe I have tried with it so far, and the pasta is nice and sturdy. So far, the flour is great for making pasta, but I haven't used it for anything else. A bit on the pricey side but worth it, like most King Arthur products.

Best Semolina flour!
Absolutley love this King Aurther Semolina flour, its a perfect base to help you spread the dough for homemade pizzas. Would highly recommend it to everyone!!!

Great for pizza peels and counter.
Using to make sure pizza doesn't stick to peel or counter. I never did like corn meal it feels like you're eating sand with your food. This stuff is not as rough and it works to prevent sticking. Yet it cooks right off. YouTube says don't use too much else it burns and tastes bitter but I've used quite a bit and it didn't affect taste at all. I'd rather some of it burns than have the pizza tear or stick. Of these 2 scenarios which would you prefer? At some point you learn how much to use so the pizza doesn't stick.

I’ve bought this flour a few times for making homemade pasta or to make sourdough pizza dough. I use it with Italian 00’ flour. The pasta comes out so beautifully—melt in your mouth good. The semolina flour aids in making the dough easier to handle. I could mill my own wheat, however, this flour is a good quality and convenient. The price is a good value when compared with other companies. I like the close-able packaging. I store the flour in a refrigerator to prolong the longevity or quality.

Great for working with pizza dough
I use mainly as a surface coating for rolling out pizza dough into crusts. Provides a non-sticky surface, and does not integrate with the dough. What sticks to the outside of the resulting crust bakes off in the oven.

MUST HAVE for pizza making
Game changer for my homemade pizza. This makes it so much easier to slide the uncooked pizza into the pizza oven without sticking to the paddle. I tried flour but I always had to use too much flour causing it to cake on the bottom of the crust. This course semolina is perfect and I don't really even notice it when we eat the pizza. Highly recommend and I love KA brand products.
