Great bench. Strong inner core seat and it can handle a lot of abuse

Super easy to assemble, I’m not using the leg part, just for upper body workouts, I have no complaints. It’s a good bench. Looking at other reviews, some people just like to complain….It’s sturdy, doesn’t wobble, worth the price for sure. I read the reviews about the clip breaking on the bands so I’m not using those either. I bought this to use with my adjustable dumbbells, it’s exactly what I was looking for, preacher curl pad could be a bit wider, but it works.

I was building my fitness area… I searched and searched for a sturdy, well made functional bench with leg press… need all for Drs recommended physical therapy…. So, I found this one among the many others out there…. I read the reviews, some were not so complementary but I got tired of searching and took a chance on this one… received it on time, and in an ok carton box which had some small damage, but that doesn’t mean it came from the manufacturer, it could have come from the delivery company’s handling…. I followed the manufacturer’s recommendations to build it up… biggest parts were already assembled, so that was great… the other parts were easy to assemble and did not take much time…. I was impressed by the secure metal pins, they keep the moveble sections secured in place…. On the downside, it’s not made for adults, it’s more for young teens with small frames… I cease really disappointed with the leg press aspect of this product… it seemed to me that it was not well designed and thought through… my feet bearaly fit the foam feet supports,,, my knees kept hitting the cross bar for one of the other sections… very uncomfortable… too bad, because it could have been a much better product…l as for the overall sturdiness, the very flimsy leg floor support… well very cheaply made, not so sure they (4 pcs) would have lasted long… the seat and backrest were adequate… unfortunately I had no choice but to return it… now again searching for another type product that will meet my needs…. However, if you are looking for something for your young kids to start their physical workouts and build a healthy lifestyle m this product is it…

Easy assembly. Holds a good amount of weight so no concerns of it collapsing. Sturdy and has a few options for different exercises. Happy with our purchase.

Seems good product. Interestingly, the enclosed booklet, although it shows various doable exercises with this bench, it does not show the lay on tummy and lift weights with heel. I do it, no problem. Maybe a problem for big guys but np for me. No complaints with quality so far.

What can I say, it works , its just a bench to make it look like I work out, wife mad.

For the price and what it is, it gets the job done okay enough. I wish it were lower in height and that the 2 bottom feet supports were more sturdy and different material as it has started to wear (I have since covered it with arm bands to prevent anymore wearing). I have not really found the band very useful either.

Bench is ok. The bands are weak and have plastic clips so they can snap off and hit you. The pins holding it together slide out easily making it unsafe to use unless you check them constantly. Needs a cotter pin or something to hold it in. Incline/ decline is easy to adjust and seat and back are wide and comfortable. Bench is decent but the accessories make it feel cheap.

Me gustó el precio,el diseño y la funciones que tiene cuando llegó a mi domicilio, lo fácil de armar y también de almacenar,aunque lo tengo armado para así hacer en el momento que quiera un buen entranamiento,estoy contento con el,me gusta mucho.solo es cuestión de tener imaginación para desarollar una buenas rutinas y sacar el máxima beneficio de el .

It’s very comfortable the adjustments are good and very well built

Overall satisfied with purchase. Would have liked to have instructions on how to fold this bench up. Disappointed that it did not come with those instructions.
