Pure Sin: A Novel

I bought this because someone recommended this book because I was searching for strong h characters. This book definately fit the bill. NOt only did it have a strong h but also a strong H that was not a push over nor was he a total jerk. Both characters were very human and as a reader I really cared as the relationship developed. WHat I really liked about this book was that I didn't have to wait for 100 pages for the H and h to act on their atraction for eacho other. It might be too soon for some readers but I think it set up a nice cat and mouse game that played on through out the story. Thanks Amazon people for the recommendation, I loved this book!

Stand alone book that is a joy to read and reread. Smart, witty, and exciting; I love it. I will be reading more of her books!

Century historical storylines. The Montana adventures were interesting and compelling reading and seemed to capture the west in an accurate account of the period.

GREAT read! This is the second time I've read it. This is one of Susan's oldest books, but it's STILL a great book. Get it, you won't regret it.

I will tell all my friends about Pure Sin by Susan Johnson. It's pure action from start to the end. I believe it's the best book Susan have and the title is just right.

Independant, headstrong but did she have to go all out on the first meeting!! I don't know why but it just seemed to put me off the character of Flora intially. It is one thing to be strong of character but 'slutty' on the first meeting?? In saying that I did like the attributes of Flora and the clever dialogue between the two. Like in all the novels of Susan Johnson, once the hero samples the delights of the heroine they become almost sexually obsessed with them and somehow the heroines seem to take on the skills of courtesans all of a sudden. Still if you like your historical romance hot and explicit then Susan Johnson is for you. I did like Adam Serrre and the way he gradually came to believe that yes indeed in amongst all that lust, that love could blossom.

this it the first book I ever read of Susan Johnson and now I have every book she has written . a must have in any book collection.

I've read all of her books. And was not disappointed with this one either. I would like to read about their children.
