I’ve purchased these 38 times - the boxes all have been the same. Pills are in sealed box and sealed bottle.

I would return it to the store where I bought it or Amazon, if you bought it there.

Q: Does this have calcium or vitamin D even though its not listed as active ingredients? Other brands have vitamin D or a form of calcium as inactive

If it is not listed as an active or inactive ingredient, chances are there is none.

Q: Are these vitamins natural or synthetic?

The vitamin E is synthetic--dl-alpha tocopherol. Natural vitamin E is d-alpha tocopherol.
