Below is my review of this product when I purchased it for the first time. Although, the second bottle seems to be working just as well as the first one and by looking at the ingredients, nothing had changed. So it's very odd and unfortunate that one of the best qualities of this product, the ginger/lemon like smell, is gone. I purchased the restoration scalp cream at the same time and that still had the same smell. I feel like those who wrote the reviews saying that the smell is bad, including myself, got the bad batch or something. I need to know if my next bottle is going to be the same or not because it's almost that time again...Anywho, please continue for my review when I received the good batch. Thanks. I've been using this product along with the shampoo for about a week now and my hair stopped falling out! First time I used it, when I brushed my hair, lots of hair came out and thought it was going to be another disappointment but after the second time, I noticed that my hair wasn't falling out as much. Then after the third time, I started seeing lots of baby hair growing every where. It's definitely worth a try if you want to see some fast results. It's also a lot more affordable than the other products out there and since it's 80% organic, you feel better about using it.

It sounds like this works for some people, but it didn’t seem to do anything for me. Not to mention that the manufacturer suggests that you should use the shampoo, conditioner, and pomade for several weeks in order to get the ‘full effect’. Couple this with the fact that you don’t get a lot of solution with any of the products, you will end up spending a lot of money on these. If it works for you, then the money was well spent. If it doesn’t work for you, it’s really easy to knock this off your order list for next time.

I started using this after reading all of the reviews because my normally very thick hair was really thinning out around my scalp. I could see my scalp under all my hair in so many places especially on the sides. My part was getting very wide too. I have long hair and have always lost a ton during showers and brushing. I never thought twice about it because as I said, I've always had very thick hair. However, over the last 4-5 months, it's really thinning. I can't determine why my hair has been thinning. I'm not stressed. I even went to the doctor and had my thyroid tested and other blood tests done. Nothing! However, since day 1 when I started using this product, my pile of hair in the shower has decreased to almost nothing. I can't say that it's making my hair grow any faster, but it's definitely preventing it from falling out, which I suppose will help tremendously. I use both the Shampoo and Conditioner. I have only put 4 stars because I do have to use a lot of the product to get it through all my hair. Probably twice the amount I would normally need with other hair products; and given the price, this is definitely a down side. Also, sometimes, after I use this and the conditioner, my hair doesn't feel clean like I've used too much product (like gel). Kind of sticky feeling. So I have to pay attention to rinse really well. When I feel like it's rinsed out, I rinse again. Other then that, this stuff seems to work great.

Honestly not sure how much it does for hair loss if it is being caused by DHT, as I do not believe this contains saw palmetto, but great conditioner. Smells good and refreshing. Priced in the same range as other similar conditioners and I have enjoyed it, just do not expect amazing hair loss results/rejuvenation. I would buy again, but would use a shampoo containing saw palmetto along with it for sure if you are looking to block DHT at the scalp.

Finally a company not afraid to show their ingredients and be true! Yes, shampoo smells nice and conditioner too. Hair is squeaky clean and conditioner leaves my hair soft and smooth. To be fair I can't speak to hair growth yet...but at least no harmful ingredients that would inhibit a problem. Only complaint bottle is too small 8oz. Wish they would sell larger size. Use conditioner way faster than shampoo. If you are like me order two bottles conditioner and 1 bottle shampoo. No adverse reactions on my scalp or hair seems gentle. No hair fading either...I did use a natural clarifying shampoo before using their product to really test effectiveness. Happy!!

I am a female with long, fine hair who has been experiencing some excess shedding the past year. I have improvement when using Nioxin, but was almost out and decided to try something new. I used this conditioner for the first time this morning and my hair started coming out in clumps immediately after I applied this conditioner. This has never happened to me before! I got it thoroughly rinsed, and tried to style my hair as usual. It didn't detangle my hair at all like a conditioner is supposed to do. I could barely pull my wide-toothed comb through it. After blowdrying, my hair is now limp, dull and feels dirty. This is absolutely the WORST hair product I've ever tried in my life. Also, this is a very tiny bottle, overpriced (even if it worked) and it smells bad. I will be throwing it away. Very unhappy.

I had tried this product a few times (3 purchases) to be fair. It did not stop hair from falling out, nor did it regrow hair. It does have a pleasant smell and it is gentle on the hair. One of the reviewers had a pictures of the shampoo, looking like curdled milk, I did receive one that way as well, they may store the product in the heat before shipping? Otherwise, not worth the money.
