I have been using the Nordic Naturals Vitamin D3 + K2 gummies as part of a subscription for both myself and my husband, and they have been consistently reliable. The gummies taste very good — the pomegranate flavor makes them easy to take daily, and honestly they taste good enough that you have to remind yourself not to eat more than recommended. The texture is soft and easy to chew, which I tried to demonstrate in the video attached to this review. They don’t have the overly sticky or hard texture that some vitamin gummies have. The packaging has also been excellent. Every bottle has arrived intact with double protection: sealed under the lid and wrapped with shrink plastic around the bottle. I have never received a damaged or opened product, which matters when ordering supplements on subscription. We take one gummy daily as directed, and during times when I feel like I may be getting sick, I personally increase to two. One thing to be aware of is that Vitamin K can affect blood clotting, so people who take blood thinners should check with their doctor before using. Overall, this is a convenient and good-tasting way to support bone health and muscle function, and the subscription option makes it easy to stay consistent without having to reorder.

I have tried about 50 types of vitamin D. This is the only one I have ever been able to take or should I say keep taking on a daily basis. Why is this? It is not oily. It does not taste terrible. It does not immediately causeme to have a stomach ache. In fact, it is quite delectable -almost like a fancy gumdrop with a pleasing pomegranate flavor. And it really seems to be helping! It’s subtle, but I think for years I’ve needed this vitamin since I’ve been deficient in it and taking it now, seems to be helping me relax at night, and get more sleep!!! Many Thanks!!!🍐🐒🐒🍐ellen

Great gummy vitamins! Good taste and they contain clean ingredients. That is important to me. Will purchase again.

I know a K/D3 combo is good for me, and I despise the idea of popping a multivitamin pill. Gummies are always my go-to. But man...these things are SUGARY (as others have said). They don't have a *ton* of calories per gummy but I feel like I'm going to get cavities. Other than the sugar coating the flavor is...meh? Not bad, not great? They arrived fresh and soft. Texture is very biteable - like a very fresh sour gummy worm. All in all, I definitely prefer my many other gummy vitamins, but alas they don't come in this essential combo. At this point I'm undecided whether I'll repurchase or not.

I like Nordic Naturals. They are simple vitamins and well explained. The gummies in this one are delicious and it does the job. It does not upset the stomach. I get other vitamins from Nordic naturals. I recommend them. Try to get them when they have a sale.
