What's the difference between this and the bio dog product?

Great question ... the base formulas are identical, as far as the quick cleaning chemistry and the safe-bacterial package that is breaking down and consuming organic matter. It is the odor-confusing scent package that is different because cat urine and scent marking smells significantly different from dog urine and marking. You can use them interchangeably, but your nose should get better quick relief from the Cat product if you have cats.

Cat peed on my bed soaked to mattress will it stop the smell?

Depends on how much and how deep into the mattress. When I used on carpet or rugs I first tried to get up as much as I could before using simple green. Simple Green did remove the smell but it was not just a simple little spray.

My cat started peeing in the heat registers will this work

Our Simple Green Cat Stain & Odor Remover may only have limited success with removing the pet urine odor. The vent behind the heat register will also have to be cleaned to remove as much of the odor source as can be reached.
