I am a collector of many, many crystals. Some I can recognize by sight, others I have to label. This handy chart is very functional not only does it have the photo of the crystal, but it also has a multi category description so it’s easy to quickly grab and reference instead of searching for every crystal I have. The crystals are listed alphabetically with the name, a photo, typical colors, the crystal structure, hardness scale, metaphysical properties and other properties. It is very informative and a good investment for those new two Crystal collecting or those who have a collection as I do.

For each specimen, there is a clear photo and detailed description, including metaphysical properities and interesting facts. The fold-out guide is a total of 6-pages and the text is easy to read. I am very pleased with this purchases and would highly recommend this easy reference guide.

Nice, quick, reference guide for any gem/crystal hound; condensed format outlines basics - color, composition, mohs/hardness, etc. Helpful pictures of gems/crystals in their natural state, especially for the curious, who may only see gems after they’ve been cut, treated, polished & set. It’s laminated, yay!

Lots and Lots of color pictures and descriptions of many different rocks. Looks like it will help with rock hounding and tumbling. sheet is laminated so should survive use in the field as well as at home. Shipping was delayed a bit, but I was in no immediate need, so all is well.

There are lots of stones & crystals out there and this guide lists all the main ones. It's lamanated, (so it will last) & covers both front and back (6 pages). Each stone/crystal entry has info about its properties & metaphysical uses. I'm glad I bought this guide for quick reference!

A very useful practical item

This item is exactly what I was looking for to rockhound. Hardness and specific gravity etc all at a glance as well as the gem/rock image and colours etc. Exactly what i was looking for and it is laminated so no need to be worried if gotten wet.

I bought this as a quick reference for jewelry making. My daughter likes it for that.
