Gaba is a good product to help you fall asleep whether it's at the beginning of your sleep or if you wake up during the night.. it works quickly and I believe is a better product than Melatonin.

This works like a charm to calm the overactive mind. I have friends who've had issues staying sleeping that have tried this GABA before going to bed & it's changed everything for them. It's great that this works symbiotically with melatonin, but I think GABA is better because I don't wake up groggy but refreshed.

Definitely helped me sleep and not much does. I took off a star because after a year and some they had all turned dark red and kind of melted together despite the desiccant pack it came with. If I get them again I will put a few in a different bottle for use and freeze the rest to preserve it.

This product is very conveniently dosed at 100mg per tablet. Other GABA products tend to come in much higher milligrams. I find the 100mg perfect to quiet my mind. I like to take it before bedtime to fall asleep faster and this also helps me sleep more soundly. If I wake up after 3-4 hours, I like to take another tablet to fall asleep fast again. This is great for me as I tend to have trouble going back to sleep when I wake up in the middle of the night. I can’t imagine how I’d react if I took a GABA product of 500mg as that sounds too high for me so 100mg is perfect if you tend to be sensitive to certain supplements. I also like that it dissolves under the tongue to help it absorb well and faster than just swallowing it. So I greatly recommend this product.

Used by an elderly relative who had a hard time relaxing at night to go to sleep. These were a gentle and effective help for them. He was happy with the taste and the improved sleep.
