Seamless mesh connection
My riding friends use sena mesh hence the purchase. I can join our group of 3 with a single press of the mesh button. The speakers sound great and the music quietens whilst we talk. I use another brand for myself and a passenger but these are perfect for my riding group. I definitely recommend the sena 30k if your group use sena mesh comms 👍🏻

Missing parts
My order was missing a cable , the WiFi cable for upgrading the software , and unable to report it as I keep being pushed to wrong places

complete rubbish
complete rubbish from day one .cant get voice control , no radio and now 3 months on its dead . purple light show an wont switch on .

Does this not have fm radio?
Don't think it has fm radio if it does I can't get it to work

Not much use.
I'll try and keep this short and sweet. 1) The unit is not waterproof so if you live in the UK expect this to cut out when it rains. 2) The speakers aren't great. You'll struggle to hear anything over 50mph. 3) It wasn't able to pair via Bluetooth to other intercoms. Even with the app which means it was pretty much useless as an intercom. 4) The unit itself is pretty big and so is the mount. The latter isn't easy to fit on some helmets as the small bolts can sit against the helmets interior and make them imposible to tighten. Mine is a shoei NXR. To sum up, its honestly not worth the money. Looking at getting a cardo packtalk instead.

Rubbish
I bought this as it had great reviews, used this item 3 times on the third occasion it was raining for a couple of hours and that was the end of this product, it will not charge or reset not sure where I stand with this item as it’s outside the 30 day window. if you intend going on bike tours just hope it doesn’t rain avoid this item at all cost.
