Xprite Compact 200 Watt High Performance Siren Speaker (Capable with Any 100-200 Watt Siren)

04’ wrangler. This thing is hilarious. Works great! I’d suggest getting some extra wiring, heat shrink connectors etc I personally didn’t use the accessory switches but they look well wired/quality to work with any relay/set up you choose. Not bad overall considering the price!

Had on old PA speaker. Hooked right up and works perfect

So I bought this to replace my original Xprite one I’ve had for a few years from eBay that ended up breaking So I ordered this one but the order I got it looked great and everything but the horn button (the small circle one) had no play at all usually there’s a small spring at least the old one had a small spring behind it to allow it to spring back and forth and it was secured in place but I went to press the button and there was no play and it literally fell right out I requested a replacement so waiting for it to arrive will check that button and all the others as well I am only leaving a few star review because of this issue and will update once it arrives if all is good , prob past experience this unit was amazing and that’s why I chose it to replace my older one also love the new black for the face color as the old one was more of a tan colored face where the buttons were so hopefully it works out - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - UPDATE: as promised I said I would update my review when the new device came and it seems good out of the box my car is currently at the mechanic so will re re update once installed but happy as of now and will test it out once my car comes back to make sure it works as intended :) 5 stars for now unless I have any issues with it post install but it should be fine otherwise also a tip for anyone who finds the wires too short 14guauge house wire does work that’s what I did on my old box however MAKE SURE THE WIRE USED IS NOT SMALLER THAN THE WIRE ALREADY ON THE BOX OR TOO BIG FOR THE WIRE USED 14guage is slightly bigger you can probably get away with 16 awg/ gauge wire but I did 14 bc I hard installed directly to battery so it works even when my car is off you can also install it into a Fuse as well however you have to make sure that the fuse you use is on all the time when the car is operating and that such fuse has enough power to load the box - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Much louder than you think. Speaker is heavy and good quality. Easy to hook up with simple instructions. Microphone sucks and cuts out.

The seller did not take care to pack the equipment well and when it arrived it had damage and was unpainted on the upper part. It works properly.

I bought the 200WATT siren and speaker by Xprite, this is an "UPDATED REVIEW" Pro's Price, but you get what you pay for. Con's Tested with a db meter, running 14.3 vdc to it from 1 meter, highest db level 98. To be fare I am running the Xprite 200 watt siren and that could be the issue too. It might work better with a different siren unit. "UPDATE" After being contacted by Xprite asking what they could do, me replying back... crickets! The 200 watt driver was burned up by a 100 watt Whelen siren controller. I did get 128db out of this speaker for about 15 seconds before a small amount of smell came out of it and stopped working. The Xprite 200 watt siren unit from the best I can tell is putting out about 37.2 watts according to my Fluke meter and math. I have donated both products to my local landfill... ***Bottom line note*** BUY ANYTHING ELSE BUT THIS

Excellent product. Overall the quality of the control box and the siren itself were excellent, but the siren was slightly difficult to install. The wiring was excellent quality but there was no real clear instructions for the install. Volume control on it is amazing and the different wail patterns sound great, even at full blast. The multiple functions and sound quality are excellent for the price. The auxiliary switches are excellent and the instructions for attaching auxiliary lights or attachment were very clear. All the backlighting is bright while not being too overwhelming and it all still works. The microphone is kinda cheap and doesn’t sound too great but is still clear, which is still better than some of the more expensive sirens that me and my buddies have had. Either way, I can’t express enough how good of a product this is for the low price.

Got it in the mail installed right away and got a call no more than an hour after i finished, was louder than i had thought it would be and got traffic out of my way!!! Great littl unit for a good cheap price. But the pa mic does feel like it will break right away so maybe have to buy a better mic if you plan on using the pa alot

I like how thin this speaker is as I was able to mount it right in front of my radiator of my car without making any modification to my car asides from screwing it to the frame of the vehicle. Because I live in the city I need to wait to test the volume of it when I get onto a hwy to be able to see if it's louder then the 100 watt it replaced.

Made a enclosed box to take to my soccer games that I coach. Its a great noise maker to catch the kids attention. I also use the Mic to shout out plays and commands. Wired it to a 12volt transformer that plugs into 110ac.

This is a terrific product. It is very loud. I got an auto electrician to connect, because I wanted it to run through a relay system and also have its own fuse, which is not obviously included. The unit is small enough as to not get in anyone's way. With reference to the microphone, rather than use the supplied hanging clip and screws I just used Velcro tape, adhesive on the back so you can stick anywhere on the dash and the other small square of Velcro tape on the back of the microphone itself. That way you don't need to screw anything into the dash and damage it. The two main reasons for picking this unit was, it had a 200 watt speaker and all the dials are backlit, which means you see in the dark.

Haven’t connected it to my cb yet but just connecting it to a battery it’s still pretty loud and very clear and distinct in the connection. Will write another once I have time to hook it up to my PA
