Really more likely a 0 in my mine. Holds well. BUT try putting strap through buckle is real pain. Clearance to tight making it very different. Tried trimming strap at an angle. DID NOT HELP. Product worthless for my needs. Not returnable because I did modify strap. My opinion, do not buy.
