This is a non-stimulant nootropic (no caffeine). Rather, the primary ingredients are different forms of choline (choline bitartrate and Alpha GPC). Alpha GPC is a more efficient form to cross the blood-brain barrier and enhance cognition. I have used choline for a number of years as a nootropic for focus, mental clarity. There are 2 routes to take with this supplement, take large doses for 4 days then fall back to a regular dosage, or just roll with the regular dosage from the start. I chose to just roll with the regular dosage from the start. That may take a little longer to see the results, but I believe I am now starting to get there.This product doesn't try to wow you with an alphabet soup of ingredients. You came for Creatine Monohydrate, and that's what you get. I mix this in daily with my lunchtime smoothie, workout a couple hours later, then immediately followup with some recovery protein. That routine seem to work for me.So far this product has been well tolerated by my system. I'll continue on with it and see where it leads.

Creatine is every strength lifters best friend. You're going to find a light white powder here. Easy to mix and tasteless. Mixed in great with pre-workout, bcaas , flavored waters, powerades, and some juices . If you're going to take it, take it every day. This brand worked great for me. I've felt some delivery about 3 days in. Definitely noticed a difference on day five and six. I had picked up a few more reps and added weight on bench and dead lifts. I'm feeling amazing now. Servings are about to run out. Think I'll be ordering me some more .

It's one of the few supplements proven to work. Creatine causes muscles to store more water, making them appear fuller and larger. It aids in formation of ATP providing more energy. This is a little expensive for 60 servings.

I immediately noticed strength, endurance gains within the first 5-7 days. I was able to lift bout 8-10 pounds more on each exercise and I would not get fatigued as quickly as Idid before taking this creatine. Added to plain ol’ H2O or to your favorite pre workout drink you can be sure you are getting the muscle and endurance benefits creatine provides.It’s a powder and comes in a screw top container, with no clumps to be found. While on the pricier side of things for creatine, so far I’ve been very happy with it, and although it says 3rd party tested I would like to know where the creatine is from meaning USA produced or foreign.

This creatine supplement arrived in a small jar with 60 servings and provides 5 grams of creatine per scoop/serving. I took this creatine supplement 30 minutes prior to working out and I felt strong and my stamina also increased. This creatine mixes well and dissolves easily with water or juice. This brand of creatine is of high quality and I don't feel sore anymore after working out or when I wake up the following day.

I am by no means a gym nut, but I do like to keep active with hikes, yoga, ect. I just use this as recovery fuel and for that it works great, I was using sports drink mixes with creatine in them but this is a much more affordable option. I can just mix up some fruit juice with this inside for a fraction of the cost and comparable results.
