These are great! Whenever I start to feel run down or like I'm getting sick, I take 2 before bedtime and 2 more in the morning for a few days and I don't end up sick. They are a great boost to my immune system. Highly recommend.

When it comes to supplements, sometimes it is nice to have them in one pill. HOW THIS COMES This comes in a screw cap bottle with not child proof cap (in case that is a concern for you). PILL The pill is compressed and is not hard to swallow. It is thin and about average size compared to a capsule. ANY ISSUES? I have had no issues with headaches, burping, digestion, or anything else bad when taking these. HOW I USE THIS I take one of these pills and then I have a small glass of tonic water and take a quercetin as well. Both of those help the zinc to absorb in the cells and help me cope with inflammation. It works pretty well from what I am seeing. DOES IT HELP? I did not take these for a while and then started to feel off like something was trying to hit me. I went to taking one of these as I described to you and within a couple of days I was feeling fine again. THE BOTTOM LINE This supplement is a nice easy way to get essential immune building factors into the body. I like it. MY RATING FIVE STARS. I like this. Besides it seeming to work, I love the purple color and well, purple supplement.. win win.
