Excellent, rich in flavor and smooth in texture. I used it in a lemon drizzle cake; flavor came out wonderfully. Despite the price it was a good purchase.

Essential lemon oil diluted in vegetable oil to be added to cakes and in lieu of lemon zests. It enhances the flavour of the lemon drizzle cake. Good quality.

I like this very much, while using lemon peel in my cakes a drop of this adds just that extra touch of ‘lemoness’ and similarly to the icing. Very natural flavour will use this brand again.
