I love this hand massager and use it twice a day, every day. I am still not sure which icons represent the heat or compression strength functions, though! I'm sure I'll figure it out. The instructions don't help, nor have any of the reviews. I'd like heat with it. But the massage itself is amazing. I had trigger finger surgery on my left hand and injections for trigger fingers on my right hand. I believe this massager is helping to keep the trigger finger symptoms from coming back on my right hand. After surgery on my left hand, I kept thinking, "Thank God this wasn't my right hand!" I'd have been lost trying to function. I think this massager might just be key to preventing a need for surgery on my right hand. My fingers feel great. The compression really stretches the tendons and keeps them functioning. I even showed it to my hand doctor, as massaging my own hands is tedious and strenuous. I suggested he should recommend it to his patients!

For the entry point price, it does exactly what it says it will do. Apply compression to your hands. I am not sure what everyone complaining was expecting? A deep tissue massage? Compression works by increasing blood flow and with it, reducing inflammation. The good feels is literally your blood flowing back into the areas you compressed it out of. It isn't a miracle worker, but it does temporarily alleviate pain from inflammation. Compression is mildly painful. If you are one of those people who has a low pain tolerance this isn't the product for you. It won't hurt you, but a lot like getting your blood pressure taken is uncomfortable... this will be that, to your hands. It has heating and vibration and really, they are after thoughts. Cheap for them to add, not very useful. This is a lightweight hand and finger compressor that you can move from room to room wearing while in use. It doesn't make much noise, and has 5 levels of compression. 5 squeezes quite hard, so just be ready to turn off the power (how you release pressure) if you need to.

I bought this for my 95-year-old mom and she loves it. She's not as sharp as she used to be, so I have to make some small labels up and affix them to the various buttons to help her work it correctly, but that did the job. If you or whoever you're buying this for is still mentally sharp, they won't have a problem. Another small thing is that it doesn't work while being plugged in (recharging), so my mom has to plug it in and take the cord out too often. Doing this caused the charger cord to break prematurely. I do not fault the product for this, but rather her advanced age and serious arthritis which probably had her unplugging it by yanking the cord instead of pulling it out at its base. Final word, it works and I would recommend it, just keep in mind the few items I mentioned above.

I don’t recommend. This unit comes with instructions to not use for prolonged times and when sleeping. There is no automatic shut off. The heat and massage continue until they are manually turned off. Also, I have the most trouble with my little fingers and they hang out of this unit so it does them no good. My main complaint is a safety issue. I am afraid of falling asleep while using this. The unit is heavy and hard for me to hold in my lap. If I lay down to use it I could easily fall asleep. The fact this unit doesn’t turn off after a set period of time worries me. I’m also concerned it the unit were to get covered with a blanket it could overheat and become a fire danger.

This massager is definitely worth purchasing and it surpassed all of my expectations. It was simple to get started and easy to use. It provided immediate relief of the pain in the joints of my hand. It even relieved pain in my wrists! It alleviated the slight tingling in my fingers after the first use and seemed to increase circulation all the way to the tips of each finger. The relief I experienced lasted all day! It has a wide range of intensity levels for the compression and vibration, and also adjustable heat. This is a remarkable value at such a low price!!! I would recommend this massager to anyone with discomfort in their wrists, hands, or fingers.

I love the unit. Works wonders on arthritic hands. Had it for almost a year when the side of the unit separated leaving a gap. Was able to duct tape it, and it still works. Would have thought it would have lasted longer before falling apart. BUT, I would buy it again.

I purchased this item for a guy. It was an excellent gift! It is large enough to fit a big man's hand, so you don't need to worry about this item being too small. It has great pressure, so you don't need to worry about it being too weak. It is very comfortable and it heats evenly. The product also charges quickly. It charges with a USB-C cord, that is provided, but you need to provide a USB-C adapter (at least a 5v) that the USB cord can plug into. The plug is a standard USB-C, so make sure you grab a USB wall charger if you, or the person you are giving this to, does not have one, but this item can also be plugged into a USB-C port on your laptop. It also comes with this small massager to just use. That's also a great product and welcome little gift! That is the orange item I included a pic of. This product is just great and I'm glad I decided to purchase it. It works well and has a fantastic price point! I would absolutely repurchase this product and I highly recommend it.

It is very easy to use and not too big! Massage and heat are a great help!
