So big, but perfect for my dad’s desk, and vision problems.

Dependable Easy to use.

Ordered on 9/18, promised 9/22 delivery, then got pushed to 10/5 waited all day for it to be pushed to 10/6. Had to be at the house for UPS Signature, which they didn’t even ask for when they dropped the box off. Opened the torn apart beaten box up to find just a monitor! No keyboard, mouse, camera, no paperwork, nothing. I was so excited to start using this BUT now I have to send it back to UPS and wait 10 days for a refund before I can purchase another one. TERRIBLE!!!!!

This hp computer is a great all in one. The 32” screen is the perfect size for me and a joy to view websites or use with word & excel. I like how the base has an 3.5mm audio jack for my headphones, usb port for quick access and wireless charging for your cell phone . The keyboard and mouse look and work perfect. Audio from the speakers sound great. I only wish HP would have used a glass glossy screen to make colors more vibrant. But I understand a lot of people probably like anti-glare screens. I’ve only owned it a week and I hope it lasts for a while without problems. I bought this computer from Best Buy and not Amazon due to me having several Best Buy gift cards.

This is a great computer. Powerful with a big 4K screen. Its very slim and take up almost no space. The power cord does not have a bulky transformer attached to it like my previous 27" all-in-one from HP did. The only reason I did not give it a 5 start review is the lack of support from HP for what seems a simple issue. The HP 710 black wireless keyboard which comes with the computer does not have a "Print Screen" button on it. In fact the keyboard has no part number on it nor does the battery compartment label the +/- sign for insertion. I have asked HP community boards and their technical staff where to get a manual describing the keyboard as it does not exist on their website. I was told to contact software support via a telephone call. Minor issue as I can replace the keyboard but user support should be better. Another minor design issue is that the power button and the "Input Selection" button are located at mirror images on the back of the computer. One can press the wrong button easily.

Was thrilled to receive this! Got it all set up , things were working perfectly until I turned it off to move it into our office. It would never turn on & boot up again. I could get to the screen where you can change the color settings, but wouldn’t shut off or start the boot up process. Called tech & they said to send it back. Read tons of recuses about similar issues, so will be sending this back & going w/ another computer & company.
