Perfect Adjustable Bed
Perfect adjustable bed. We bought two twil XL's back in 2018. They have worked perfectly for these 7 years. The noiose level is quiet. The features work great. My husband uses the snore feature and it does well for him. I love the ability incline my feet and head. The vibration message is nice although we don't use it much. Because I adjust my bed several times a night... my remote control needs replaced. I don't know how to get a replacement.

You Will not be disappointed!!!
This is going to be a 3 part review. The first part will be about the delivery, second part about the assembly and finally about the function. The delivery was to be handled by XPO and was given the option upon ordering to choose delivery date. I chose a Monday and everything seemed fine. On Monday I could see that my window was 12 to 3 which I got to choose and it was scheduled for delivery. 3 pm came and no delivery, I waited about and hour and still nothing. I then decided to check XPO website and used their tracking and delivery was scheduled for Wednesday. I proceeded to go to amazon and did a chat session and was advised that the order was received late at XPO and that delivery was indeed scheduled for Wednesday. For my inconvenience I was taken care of and was very happy with how it was handled and the outcome. I have to say that if I have ever had any issues with delivery amazon has always taken care of the situation and compensated for the issue. Always 5 star for there customer service. The only issue with XPO was they were supposed to text when they were 30 minutes away and they did not, not a major issue however it could be for some. They did offer to put the boxes where I needed them to however I just had them put them in the entryway which was perfect for me. The boxes were not really beat up but did have a few tears but no damage and all was good. Assembly was rather easy however I did read the directions before I started. There was not much however it does clearly state that you need to sync your remote to the control box which you need to do BEFORE you turn the base over. There is a box with the legs in it, another box with the remote and the power module and finally the metal mattress guard (keeps mattress from sliding down). After all was removed I attached the legs, you have 3 choices for height, you can either keep it the way it comes which is 9 inches or can use the 6 inch or 3 inch portion. the legs are metal and very solid with a rubber pad, very sturdy. You do not need any tools for this as there is a bolt that you remove from the leg insert this in the appropriate hole and just tighten the leg, very easy and took only a few minutes. You then remove the power module which is two pieces, a cord to plug into the outlet and a module to plug the cord into. You then plug the cord from the base into the module, which has a little locking mechanism that stops the cord from being pulled out accidentally. There is plenty of cord so should be no issues with plugging this in. You then have to sync the remote which is pressing head down while pressing foot up buttons at the same time and pressing the black button on the side of the control box, you will hear beeps. Your remote is now synced. we got 2 twin XL to make king so if we wanted to we could have synced both remotes to both bases however we did not want to do this, but all you would have to do is to do the exact same thing but to the other base, just make sure that you do your base first then the other side second. That was it, all done. I have read that there were issues with pins and aligning things however I do believe those are for the regular base. There is 2 different types of bases the regular and the posture + which is the wall hugger and is the model that we got. The massage motors were covered and there was nothing else that we had to do. This model when you raise the head it goes up and back to keep you closer to your nightstands. for ease of assembly I give 5 plus stars. super easy and the base is really well made. It is heavy and you will need 2 people to move this around easy and safely. For the function part we did get the classic brand mattress also and I will review that also. the mattress fits the base perfectly. Without the mattress on the base you will hear the motor however when the mattress is on the base you hear nothing I mean whisper quiet while laying on it. It functions perfectly and there have been not issues as of this review. The massage feature although not high end like you get in chairs or some high end tables this actually is soothing. You can set a timer so it will shut off there is 3 different modes. This base is built better and has some if not more features of the high end bases for on third of the price, and trust me I have searched, tested, researched and questioned many to come to my decision. I would not hesitate for 1 second if you looking for adjustable base, this is a great base for unbelievable price.

Solid, heavy, quiet.
Like others, I had a shipping issue with the wrong item being delivered initially. The return process got me on the phone with an Amazon representative very quickly, and he arranged the replacement, return shipping, and a hassle discount. There is a substantial difference between this frame and the lower end items from this manufacturer, as I discovered after receiving the lower end item. Those are foldable, within range for a single person to move, and requires a little assembly. This comes completely assembled except for the legs, and does not fold. It's also much heavier. What is not documented is that by flipping it over and removing the two bolts that connect the head riser to the base frame, you can easily slide it apart into a base frame/skirt section, and a mechanism/top section, each of which is much more manageable to move around. When I initially tested, before hauling the pair of them up a flight of stairs, they seemed a little loud, however once installed with bedding on top, the motion is almost silent, and the massage is quiet. It is, in fact a wall hugging design - the entire subframe slides towards the head of the bed as it rises. I'm withholding a star due to the initial delivery snafu, and because I don't know how well it will hold up yet.

Good product, poor customer support
I bought two twin adjustable bases to put together for a king bed. The bases arrived on time as scheduled and were pretty simple to assemble. I have been unable to sync the beds together to work off of one remote. There are several different versions of instructions found on the internet none of which accurately describe what I have and none of which work. I have emailed Classic Beds at an email address they say is monitored 7 days a week. It's been 10 days and still no response. I have called and can't get anything but voicemail. I have left messages and have gotten no response.

Works Great
We have had the two twin xl bed bases a week and they work amazing. First, you need two people to carry and set up as they are 154 pounds each. I wish I would have paid the little extra to have the delivery folks put the beds in the bedroom but I didn't. Now on to the good stuff. Set up was super easy. A couple plugs to connect, the legs to attach and the bases were ready to use. We put our Purple Mattress on the bases and jumped in bed to check out the settings. The TV preset mode is perfect, the Anti Snore mode is perfect and the Zero Gravity is ok. I can move the head and legs up or down as needed to make it perfect so no complaints. There are three non preset buttons and all you have to do is set the head and legs where you want them, press the M1, M2, or M3 button until the remote flashes and you now have a position set. Really easy. One thing about Anti Snore, it does work. My wife snores and I use a CPAP or I would snore as well. She rarely snores now, I guess it depends on how tired she is or if her allergies are bad. But Anti Snore position has really helped her, and me, sleep in peace now. The bases have the massage built in and when we ordered the bases I thought I wouldn't want the massage. I was wrong, I love it. I set the timer for either 10 or 20 minutes and rest before going to sleep and the massage/vibrate relaxes my body as I prepare to go to sleep for the night. I would recommend at least trying it before saying you don't want to. That's it. We really enjoy our adjustable bases and sleep really well without the snoring.

This bed is advertised as a wall hugger but dose not slide the head of the bed all the way back to the wall. The bed is very sturdy and attractive with the upholstered frame cover. But given that the wall hugger (main reason for buying) as advertised is not totally true and that I could have bought a similar bed with out the upholstered frame for about $600 not the $1400 I paid for this bed. When I first tried to order this bed the cost was about $899.00 and I felt that was a fair price but it was out of stock. Price increased when back in stock. I might return this bed and use a larger bed spread on the new one to cover the metal frame.
