There is Organic Pea Protein and Organic Peanut flour, Organic Coconut Milk and Natural chocolate flavor to name a few. It has a great taste, not chalky like some .

What are the added sugars called? Honey? Came sugar?

Organic monkfruit, Coconut sugar and a dash of Stevia.

How many ounces does two scoops make? What size shake bottle do I need?

I really do not know how many ounces in two scoops, but I put two scoops in 8 to 10 oz of water, your preference, in a 28 oz shaker bottle and it filles almost to the top, about 2/3 left at top to shake. hope this helps.
