This product, which is homeopathic, was suggested to me by my naturopathic doctor. I find it to be helpful, and this winter has been miserable for all of us who live in Nebraska. According to the label, it's two small pills in the AM and two in the PM. It's definitely worth a try.

I've been using this for many years for runny nose, runny dripping eyes, and ear pressure caused by allergies. I take 2 tablets when I wakeup and 2 more when I go to bed, if I'm still reactive or conjested. Easy to dissolve under tongue & works very quickly. Always works and calms everything down so I can function.

I ;like these homeopathic allergy pills so I was happy to be able to buy them on amazon. They work almost instantly . The health food stores here in Maine can not get them any more.
