4 Inch Swiss Classic Paring Knife with Serrated Edge, Spear Point, Red

Bought as a gift - A great, all purpose knife for slicing tomatoes and everything else. Holds a great edge, durable, just probably would not put a knife of this quality in the dishwasher.

Perfect replacement knife. I had bought a set of 3 of these knives several years ago. One of the knives became damaged and needed to be replaced. This knife seems to be an exact replacement (not a knock off). The knife is small but very sharp. It does an exceptional job dicing and mincing. Great quality and (unless I do something stupid again) it should last a lifetime. I'm happy with the purchase.

These knives are fabulous. Light. Sharp. Dishwasher safe. I've owned a couple for some years, and I've just ordered a bunch more. My knife drawer makes me very happy now. I know that whatever blade I pull out is going to do the job.

Great knife, stayed sharp for a very long time. Handle fits well in my larger hands. Made very nice cuts.

This thing is extremely sharp out of the box. And then you can toss it in the dishwasher, great knife for a fair price.

Wow - Out of the box new, these are the sharpest knives I have ever purchased. They can really slice and carve well, and little pressure is needed to slice through the skin of fruits or vegetables (or fingers!!). So why 4 stars? The handles do not match the blades. The handles are small, even for my diminuitive hands. Their rectangular shape is also not preferable. If the company would add another few dollars for a larger handle (even a simple, larger, more rounded plastic handle), then these knives would be absolutly superior. I do not know their long term durability of the knives to hold an edge, but they have been great for the first few uses.

Great knife for small peeling and chopping jobs. Use them on carrots, ginger etc to prep for juices. Good small knife.

Perfect utility knife. Serrated so even tomatoes are taken care of. I find I don't need to use any other knife with this 4 inch wonder.

I am turning 52 years this year and have been cutting vegetables since I was 12 years old and this knife has been the best knife till day. Highly recommended for tomatoes and vegetables
