Fat Toad Farm makes an excellent goat’s milk caramel sauce. It’s rich, perfectly balanced, a smooth texture, made with quality ingredients, and just the right thickness. It’s sweet and salty making it an excellent choice for ice cream, a topping for bread pudding, and dipping apples. One big advantage to this caramel is that it is very easy to pour at room temperature or right out of the fridge! No need to heat to be able to pour. I was incredibly happy to find Fat Toad Caramel Sauce on Amazon as it is exceptional! Other flavors available too.

The consistency and taste of this product is great. I have dipped apple slices and it made them a super snack.

I love lattes but I do not like sugar laden lattes made with questionable syrups. Needless to say that pretty much eliminates all of the local coffee houses in my area. Last year I started making lattes at home. Pumpkin spice latte was easy, peppermint mocha I mastered but the one latte I could never make to my satisfaction was a salted caramel mocha latte. I have tried every caramel sauce out there but none really gave me the flavor I was looking for until I tried Fat Toad Farm. This is THE ONE! The flavor is so rich and creamy, its thick and I have to say this is the only caramel sauce that holds it’s own when mixed in with my guittard cocoa powder. Yes I know I could probably purchase a larger jar of another brand for the price of this but I would not get this flavor. I don’t consume cow milk because of stomach issues. I am so pleased this is made with goat milk. I plan to try a few other flavors but for now the salted bourbon is rocking my world. Purchasing my second of what I am sure will be many more as I sip on my first salted caramel mocha latte made at home!!!

Disappointed in lack of bourbon flavor but a very good caramel sauce. Bottle is only like 6 oz so smaller than expected for cost.

So rich, creamy and flavorful! Just the right amount of Bourbon makes this caramel sauce amazing. Well worth the price. All it took was one taste and I was hooked.

Cajeta was a very important part of my life when I was growing up as a kid in Mexico. Unfortunately, some of the traditional brands have started adding corn syrup to their products and it's not the same anymore. Thanks to Fat Toad Farm that is not an issue anymore. Their product is the real thing! Super tasty and very high quality. The only thing I wish was that it was just a bit thicker, and perhaps more affordable (without compromising the quality). Highly recommended.

Popped open the jar as soon as it arrived, took a small scoop into the velvety smooth caramel and I was in heaven! The bourbon is light and the caramel was not overly sweet; its the right combination and is flavorful. It tastes rich, natural and not processed like other brands. Love Love Love it!

I have been to the cajeta capital of Mexico (Celaya, Guanajuato), and have seen them make cajeta . This cajeta is just as good as that one! It is thick, not grainy, rich and flavorful, has no glucose in it (like the commercial ones), so good! ¡Una cajeta muy deliciosa! I will be buying more of it. Thank you, and your little goats!
