I typically add this to my morning coffee. The result is a subtle woody taste that is pleasantly earthy and certainly not overpowering. A sense of positive calm energy prevails within 20 minutes or so which continues for several hours. I understand that this is very alkalising and it does seem to reduce the acidity of coffee, which is a plus when drinking it on an empty stomach in the mornings. Also seems to give an immune boost although that is perhaps more subjective. Enjoy. And change the world!

I am very happy with the quality of this chaga. The powder melts seamlessly and incorporates beautifully with coffee or just as tea by itself. Mild and lovely flavour. After a month of use, my skin became more clear and soft, and I do feel more relaxed and energetic at the same time. I will be bying again and curious to try other products of this brand. Highly recommend.
