I absolutely love these little gummies! I don't care how old you are, gummies are way easier to take then a pill. I currently take this probiotic to help my gut health and with a slight change in diet, I have been feeling better. I would recommend this product to any individual who is looking for a good probiotic; easy to chew, taste good and benefits your health.

I use these regularly and they seem to do what I need. They are sufficiently tasty, although I would not say they are so wonderful I would eat them if they were just candy. Note - do not expose to too much heat - they will handle Summer in New England, but if you put them near your heater they just might melt.

These taste great, just like candy. And, that might be a problem with diabetics because, while they are delicious, there's ton of sugar in them.
