Love these in the wood shop. Def not for fine scribes but it’s a great shop pencil for other uses

very comfortable, write amazing, good weight. (I am not a drafter, and i like the old fashion wood pencil) This does feel like home. The fatter lead makes it feel like a wood pencil when you are writing. The tip does wear quick, as a regular pencil would. I FINALLY FOUND the sharpener today. I was just about to purchase the add on one, then i remembered someone mentioned the easter egg sharpener. FYI, it's the little hole in the end where you push to get more led out. Just pull it off, stick the pointy end in there, and turn slow. it's a tiny sharpener! I keep my other 2 under lock and key, lol.

These pencils are built to last! My husband is an interior trim carpenter, and has used this brand of pencils for many years now. They withstand being dropped, tossed around in his truck and on the job, and being buried in his tool pouch. The leads are high quality, and do not break easily like most other brands. The only reason we have ever had to replace them is because they get lost. We used to only be able to find them at Wordworking stores and websites, craft and hobby stores, and office supply chains. All of which they were at least DOUBLE the price. So glad we found these here! We will DEFINITELY buy again!!

These pencils are very well designed and constructed. It's an age-old design that just fits comfortably into your hand and the knurled grip allows for ease of use. I especially like that the lead is the same thickness that you would get in a traditional wood pencil; it doesn't break like the 5mm and 7mm versions that most people use.

Have been using this brand for 25+ years and they are everything. Love them and will continue using them as long as I can hold a pencil!

This is becoming my favorite pencil. I have a lot of wood pencils to go through, but eventually, as they expire, this will become my main pencil. I add a sticky label for the lead grade - the little dial around the head of the pencil on the clip is just too damn small. But I dedicate a pencil to a grade, so adding a readable label works fine.

I used to have these mechanical pencils years ago. They're still great! Comfortable to use.
