I buy this trimmer last year. This is my first time buying a product from this brand. I liked this trimmer the and this trimmer is much better than the Philips timer I used earlier. The charging speed of this trimmer is very fast and once charged, it lasts for up to a month.

Worst performing overpriced trimmer ever bought. This trimmer has serious by-design issues! The cap of the trimmer is made up of very soft plastic which gets bent while trimming even due to a gentle press. This unevenly cuts short the beard below set length. Also, the cap is very difficult to clean. I can only use it for clean shave but have to be extra careful because the blade is not sharp enough like other brands which may cut the skin sometimes. This is like any other german brand product which is overengineered and less practical. I later bought mi trimmer at 1/3 price which does the job properly. Really don't understand how this product has received positive feedback from consumers.

Product is nice, it has very powerful motor lasts very long. Beautiful body and well designed. Only problem while trimming is it does not slide when it comes in contact to skin. So it becomes difficult to slide and not a comfortable experience. Then I realised it is causing this issue due to the elevated design on the gaurd. I tried to capture it in the pic. I did not find this problem in my other trimmer which slides on the skin just fine. No online YouTuber captured this flaw. So don't trust online reviews. This is my second Brain product

The best trimmer you should buy Don't see the cost as it is value for money . It is a little expensive but it is efficient and would be proved as an investment . It is durable and hairs do not get stuck so cleaning is no problem . Its use is easy but may be difficult length settings for beginners . Sharpness is good Heat level is no issue
