Good quality reishi mushroom powder that’s easy to add to drinks or smoothies. The powder mixes reasonably well and has the typical earthy taste you expect from reishi. I’ve just received
I’ve just received this yesterday so no time to comment on whether or not this has a positive impact on me. Package arrive quickly and the product itself was in good quality packaging. I have just read that you shouldn’t take reishi in powdered form for longer than a month because it can be toxic to the liver. I’d be interested to know if this is the case for this product?

Easily dissolved, not too difficult to take. Seems effective
Seems to be good in thst it doesn’t cause any gut pain/problems, seems also to improve time it take to get to sleep around 80% of the time if taken pre bed. Noticed a slight reduction in my knee inflammation/swelling.

The holy grail of reishi!
Clear skin and eyes. And I feel fantastic! Easy to blend into a smoothie, with almond milk, banana and blueberries… sometimes a dollop of nut butter- I use lions mane too. This company is fantastic. Best quality I’ve tried.

Upset stomach
The first couple of nights I did notice that I felt sleepy after taking it as a tea but I seemed to have a bad reaction with stomach upset the following morning I stopped taking for a few days then tried again and had the same effect.

Quality reishi
Top reishi. I can tell it’s making me feel more chilled and improving my connections with others as reishi should. Why people complain about taste when reishi is supposed to be really bitter is a mystery.

Bad taste
Not sure how effective this is - the taste was impossible to endure for me unfortunately - even with additional flavourings like hot chocolate it was unpalatable sadly. I will stick to tinctures!
