5V 1A 5W Power Supply Adapter

I bought this as a replacement for a 5V device and it has been excellent. The build quality feels solid, and the connector fits securely without any wobbling. What I appreciate most is that it stays cool during use and doesn’t produce any of that annoying high-pitched buzzing sound you get with cheaper adapters. It provides steady power and fits perfectly on a crowded power strip without blocking other outlets. Great value for the price!

Looked for a 5v 1A DC adapter to use instead of batteries on one of my devices. It was going through 3 AA in 10 days. As a device that stays on, this was not going to work. So happy I found this and saved money on batteries. I also don't have to worry about frying my device with unknown wattage and voltage from a power cord without the plug adapter. The different size options were great so you can guarantee one would work.

Arrived on time and well packaged. I needed this power supply to replace one I lost, and it is an unusual one that was 100-220V AC to 5V DC 1 Amp. The Arkare unit was perfect. I tried it and it worked perfectly. It appears to be well-built and should last a long time. I highly recommend it.

This plug saved my device. Needed it to power on a sound machine when I lost the plug. Worked great and I’m so happy I got it.

This is great to have! It has enough connectors to power everything you have! I love it so much I bought 2 just in case my neighbor borrows it and never returns it!

I have a Digital Photo Frame that I can view Photos I've inputted into the Memory Stick for viewing. It was going downhill and acting weird. Anyway it finally quit working altogether and I thought about getting another one. Well, I finally figured it out it was the Power Supply to the unit. I then bought this Perfect Little Power Supply and with all the adapter pins with it, it worked perfectly to My Digital Photo Frame. It was much cheaper than buying a whole new Digital Photo Frame too. I'm satisfied with my Purchase!

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get this power adapter to work with the device I purchased it for. I verified the voltage and amperage requirements beforehand, but it never powered on or delivered a stable output in my use case. The adapter itself seems lightweight and basic, but since it didn’t function as expected right out of the box, I couldn’t properly test long-term reliability or performance. I ended up returning it and going with a different power supply that worked immediately. This may work for others depending on the specific device and barrel size needed, but based on my experience, it was not reliable for my application.

So far so good. I used this for my light base that I got for my crystal glass picture of my wife that recently passed on 11/7/25. it fit perfectly and works. 🙏🏾 🕊️
