Q: Do these work for Zoom calls? What is the maximum operating distance from connected device? What is the noise cancelling percentage in calls?

Our JBL Live Pro 2 TWS is not intended to work with Bluetooth communication apps on PCs. These models frequently have issues, such as the output sounding glitchy or robotic when used with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and so on. These applications should work fine on phones and tablets, so use these devices instead. To prevent audio from cutting in and out, keep them no more than 10 meters apart and free of obstructions. We don't have the exact percentage of noise it cancels out during phone calls. It has True Adaptive Noise Cancelling eliminates distractions to provide completely immersive audio, while Smart Ambient keeps you aware of your surroundings.

Q: Can I use each earbud individually?

Yes, our JBL Live Pro TWS has Dual Connect feature wherein you can use either earbud while the other one is charging in the case for phone calls and music.
