perfect for px4 on xbox360
This piece came very quickly. And i am very happy with its performance. I have a pair of px4's i use on xbox. This piece now allows me to be able to be completely wireless.and on the px4 you have bluetooth buttons that only work with bluetooth. Like say when i was connected with the cord for chat there was no buttons for chat volume or mute. But now with bluetooth i can use all these buttons and have a perfect headset. People say i sound like im in a box. And they hear a little static. But hey thats not my problem its on their end. For me i get crystal clear chat. And im guessing that i sound the same as if im using a bluetooth headset for my phone. And thats no biggie everyone can understand me.

Connivence with the expense of sound quality.
I ordered the XBA so that I can have the convience of talking on Xbox without the hassle of a talkback wire. Though, with the connivence of talking wirelessly, you lose sound quality. The sound quality on this thing is straight up awful. I receive my first XBA and immediately contacted TurtleBeach because I thought that I had a defective XBA, they sent me a new one with no questions asked, and I didn't even have to return my old one. Turns out, it's just the quality of the XBA. I find myself mainly using the talkback cable instead of the XBA. Also, If you plan to use the XBA, then you're probably want to make sure you're using rechargeable batteries, because this thing drains your controller battery like you've never seen before. Pros +Wireless! +Can use your own headset Cons -Drastically reduced Sound quality. -Drains Xbox controller battery

Good Product but
To save some a lot of headache, in order to use these it must be plugged in to an XBOX controller, not an after market controller. But after we figured that out it works amazing! Don't have to worry about the cord anymore and everyone I talk with on Live with says I sound fine. It took a little bit to get here, but that's probably cause it was ordered during Christmas time. Very happy with it so far.

Waste of Money
I used some Gamestop Credit I had to purchase the Turtle Beach Earforce PX5 Wireless 7.1 Headset online during Gamestop's Cyber Monday sale ($160.00 on sale, $250 normal). I then decided to purchase the Xba Bluetooth Adaptor for the PX5 to make it completely Wireless (with Xbox 360). With the Xba Bluetooth Adaptor attached to my standard 360 Controller, I could hear dashboard and game audio fine. However, when I joined a Friend's Xbox Live Party I could NOT hear any of the other party members and they could not hear me. I left my friend's party and started my own. I noticed my MIC did NOT light up when I was talking. SO, I removed the Xba Bluetooth Adaptor and re-attached the Cable that came with the PX5 Headset. I went back into my Friend's party chat. I still could NOT hear anyone and they still could not hear me; even after I re-attached the PX5 Cable that had worked fine the other day. I made sure all wires were connected, turned off Xbox 360 and turned it back on. I looks like this Xba Bluetooth Adaptor might have done something to mess up the Headset, OR I just got real unlucky and the PX5 Headset's chat functionality stopped working within a week. I recommend avoiding both the PX5 and the Xba Bluetooth Adaptor like the plague. I am going back to my COD Black Ops Tritton (wired) PS3 / Xbox 360 Headset for now. I won't even consider another Wireless 5.1/7.1 PS3 / Xbox 360 / PC compatible Headset for the immediate future.

Works but will break eventually
I've gone through two of these in the past 3 months. Turtle Beach replaced the first one after I mailed it back to them, but after the second one broke less than a month later (button gets stuck pressed-in and is non-responsive to presses), I'm back to using the talkback cable. When it worked, it worked well with my PX5s.

Replacement adapter for Turtle Beach Ear force XP400
Bought this to replace our son's xba adapter (that he lost) for his TB Earforce XP400 wireless headset. After pairing the headset with the adapter, it worked great. Took less than 5min. to set up. However, it did take a few min. to figure out how to pair the headset and adapter. First, we had to turn off the Bluetooth. Next, hold and turn on the Xba for 4 seconds. Afterwards, hold the Bluetooth button (6-8 seconds) until it blinks red and blue a (couple to a few) times. In the end, the two paired perfectly. I would recommend this to everyone.

Does exactly what its ment to do.
Chose this product to make my Turtle Beach Call of Duty XRAY headphones completely wireless for my Xbox. It did just that. Plugged right into the controller and paired very quickly and easily. Very nice for completely wireless Xbox chat. This also allows you to stream music via bluetooth to your headset while playing Xbox. I have noticed the batteries drain faster than before but that was expected and it isn't so fast that it is a problem. Just realize the batteries wont last as long as before. Note this is not only for the PX5 like the title makes it look like. As previously noted I used it for the Call of Duty BO2 XRAY headphones by TurtleBeach.

Handy, but a pain to pair
The title of the review says it all. It loses pairing with my headsets all the time, and with its single (way to easy to accidentally press)button interface for device power, mute, and pairing it can be a pain to use. The other annoying feature is that I can't use both it and the chatpad at the same time. All that being said, there's not really another option for using Bluetooth headsets with a 360, and I really like my headsets. I keep it plugged in and work through the pain.
