You MUST check the hardware first.
I read most of the reviews and had seen that there was trouble with leaking. You might need to push those washers down securely so that it sits inside the hose connector flat. Using your hand to screw the hose to the handle is too difficult and DO NOT use pliers .... please seat the washers securely first with your fingers to help with fitting. That will help with hand tightning. Mine worked great.... even without plumbers tape. Water pressure is great for a 1.7 gal shower head .

Don’t buy bad product does not work properly not my first purchase.
Been using for a year! I assumed it would fix itself! Not sure why I thought that! But it leaks from the head and also does not actually spray the water from all the settings how it should! Horrible product.

PRESSURE NOT STABLE
WORKED WELL FOR AWHILE THEN SOMETHING IN HANDLE AND HOSE WAS STOPPING WATER FLOW . TRIED 2 MORE NEW HOSES , SAME THING I AM DONE. TOO MUCH MONEY

Nice water pressure
Decent shower head/filter for the price. The water pressure is much better than most other filter shower heads I’ve purchased in the past.

Bad product
I’m not sure why this shower head has so many good reviews. The thing sucks. It was a nightmare to set up and the hose is permanently kinked so it’s really awkward. Flushing the filter is worse. You have to hold a bucket for 10 minutes to flush all the black charcoal out. Then it doesn’t even work. Skin is dryer then using a plain no filter shower head. Going back to aqua Bliss the filter that actually works and is cheaper.

My hair and skin feel softer with this in our shower. We have been using this product for 3 or 4 years now and I definitely recommend. Our skin absorbs 1 litre (I think) of water a day from showering. It’s important to filter out chlorine and other chemicals. And I also love that my hair is softer and healthier now.
