I placed the order for same day delivery on November 10th. The whole "order within the next 3 hours to have it delivered tonight between the hours of 5pm to 10pm" bit got me. 11pm that night, no delivery. The next day? No delivery. I checked the app and the emails. At first, the product hadn't left the warehouse. Then it left the warehouse, but it won't arrive until the next day. Update to 2 days later. Finally it arrived on November 15th. I'm deducting 1 star for the stress caused from thinking it was going to be delivered and finding out it wasn't even shipped yet. I know it's not clear who was at fault and the reviews shouldn't reflect the delivery, but hopefully someone will read this and know that the delivery times are not as advertised with this product. I hope your experiences are better than mine. Overall, it's a great product that fits the original product precisely. Plus it made the "change filter" light finally go away. I'll buy from this seller again, but I'm going to change the delivery date to a later time so we are both managing our expectations realistically.

Works as expected helps filter the air

I was questioning if I should take a chance on aftermarket filters from an unknown vender. Let me say that these are a perfect fit for my Winix 5500-2 and there were no strange odors as others have reported. Besides everything being as good as the filters that came in the machine, this replacement charcoal filter has a SUBSTANTIALLY larger amount of charcoal in it. I was actually questioning how well the original was working because it wasn't doing the best job of removing odors. Well, I put the new one up next to the old one and you can see clear as day that there is probably 40% - 50% more charcoal in this aftermarket filter than the OEM that costs twice as much! Don't buy the OEM filter unless you want to pay double the price for 1/2 the product. See my pic and judge for yourself. This aftermarket filter is on the left, OEM is on the right. The HEPA filters seem to be identical, so no notable difference there.

Fits well with the air purifier and provide good filteration.

These are a much cheaper, yet equally as effective, alternative to the expensive OEM filters, i've reordered multiple times. I usually get about 6 months out of each pair, and usually pull out and shake up the charcoal once every couple months to reactivate. The charcoal can also be washed out to completely reactivate, there are a lot of pellets within the filter that with cleaning would probably last longer than the hepa filter.
