Again most recently I was reading an article of Ms. Ann Louise Gittleman's (Highly regarded 'Health' author/Nutritionist of many books; most recently-"Radical Metabolism") on her recommendations for quick summer slimming down. She advised her readers to consider her 1000 mg. CLA as a means to drop extra pounds while preserving muscle mass. Since I was already on Naturewise's Raspberry Ketones I decided to 'step up my game' and add on Ms. Gittleman's recommendation of CLA. I have been on both for approximately 3-4 weeks and have seen excellent results! So far I have lost 9 lbs. and only have a few more to go! In addition to taking these 2 amazing products of Raspberry ketones (2 in the am 1 hour before meals) and Elite Cla 1300 (2-3 with each meal), I also begin my morning with drinking 16 ozs. of lemon water with apple cider vinegar and ginger! I then take 2 Raspberry Ketones, Tyrosine 500 mg., Vitamin B Complex, and occ. L-Glutamine. I then walk 3-4 miles. After this I usually eat 2 boiled eggs and 1 sliced avocado. My first meal comes after a 12 hour fasting and i have now trained myself for over a year now and I am not that hungry until the last 30 minutes! I also do weight bearing exercises and yoga and muscle and strength training classes twice per week. I also eat largely a Organic, Whole Foods Plant Based Diet (Even more convinced after graduating from the renowned "T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition at Cornell" in March, 2019) and am a Pescatarian (Wild Caught Salmon only) and part Vegan. I am also gluten-free, soy-free, sugar-free and dairy-free! That is a lot of "FREE's" but guarantee you, you will feel better and do better especially if you have food sensitivities or concerns as I do! These 2 products have supported my commitment to my weight loss goals along with losing a couple of inches! These 2 products are the "icing on the cake". NOT The Cake. So here's the deal. It works but it's NOT A MAGIC PILL. YOU HAVE TO PUT IN THE WORK. Don't expect to swallow a couple of pills and the weight will come falling off. It just doesn't work that way. I started taking CLA on June 15. I started with only 1 pill 3 times per day for a week to see how it would settle on my stomach. I had no issues so I increased it to 2 pills 3 times a day with food. So here's where you have to put in the work. I ate a heathy diet (I hate the word "diet" because it's more of a lifestyle change for me). Basically fruits, veggies, only fish and chicken, cut down the carbs and I cooked all my meals...no take out. I don't deprive myself...I have one cheat meal once a week, which may be pizza or a couple of pieces of fried chicken. It's all about moderation. I also workout...(yes you have to work out)... I workout 4-5 days a week for at least an hour. Cardio and light weights. I'm a 51 year old female and started my weight loss journey wearing a size 14. A little over a month into my journey I'm down to a 12. I don't weigh myself because I'm more interested in losing inches and muscle toning. My husband says my arms and butt are much toner. I can tell the difference also. However I contributed most of my success to my workouts and heathy eating habits. The CLA did give me that extra boost I needed as far as more energy to workout, appetite control and help with my muscle toning ( which is important to me because muscle burns fat). Going to continue with another bottle for next month. I would recommend this brand of CLA but only if you're willing to put in the work to go along with it.

I have been using NatureWise elite 95% CLA 1300 mg since 7/11/18. It arrived quickly and in great condition! Since I had never taken this supplement before, I decided to ease into consuming the recommended dose. I began by taking one pill with each meal, then two, and ultimately three. To prevent any side effects, I find it best to take the pills during meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and drink lots of water throughout the day. The major side effect I’ve experienced is profusely sweating during workouts and any activity where I am doing a lot of movement (cleaning, walking, dancing). I don’t mind it because more sweat for me = more fat burning! I have also experienced occasional nausea and frequent BMs a few times. I haven’t lost any weight yet, but I believe I have lost a few inches arounh my mid section. I am going to continue taking the CLA supplant in hopes to achieving my ultimate results!
